Right from the start I knew Creative Zone is the right partner to work with when getting my Visa for Dubai. The support before and after show that Creative Zone and its employees are professionals in this field. I recommend booking the VIP service to expedite the process even more.

The process before I actually came to Dubai was taken care of by Jhiena, Elysse, Rozina, Tanaz and Wenyi. They advised me on the best company setup, best time to come here for the VISA which made the experience very pleasant. The support through Whatsapp is something I appreciate a lot as it allowed for fast and accurate communication with no time wasted. After the payment was done it took very little time to get every details about appointments etc. The organization of the pickup at the hotel was very very well organized, leaving no information out to plan my day accordingly.

The medical test experience was extremely smooth and took only 20 minutes in total on a busy Monday. Ijaz, the person assigned to me for the medical test took great care of me, was very punctual, polite, considerate and made sure that the procedure was as smooth as possible, waiting in line for me basically.

Needing to do a PCR test after, he even drove me to the next clinic and organized everything there so that experience was as seamless as it can get.

Bryan who was my driver on the second day for the biometrics took great care of me, very polity, considerate and the little things like a bottle of water made the ride even more enjoyable. Bryan made sure that I had to wait as little as possible and made sure that once it was my turn I was at the right place. The biometrical appointment literally took 2 minutes. Overall a very fast and enjoyable experience.

I have been very lucky to deal with Ms. Kiran she is just amazing very professional and you don’t have to wait long to get an answer either by mail or phone she is very responsive. She always help with the right information and guide you. Even if you have a dedicated Manager afterwards for your account but still I will go to her as I know that I will get my response. Absolutely disapponment, when it somes to open a Bank account, you see that you are alone (before it honestly speaking, it was fine). All promises has been gone. What you hear on phone is "no answers, open end statements ". As an example, my first contact person forgot me to tell " i need to find repräsentative in Dubai by myself ".
