Today had a lovely experience to meet the doctors at crossroads dc. All the doctors there are very warm and welcoming. They treated my son 8 yr old in evening and he was so happy Alhumdulillah that he didn't even feel any pain. No pain relievers needed. The whole staff was so engaging and caring. Recommend evereyone to visit the same clinic whenever need to visit. Thanks to the Crossroads team, specially to Dr Shams Tabrez.

Hope you are doing well and i like to congratulate you on your anniversary. To the audience i would like to say working with this low life was an absolute disaster ever. This snake only wants to suck money from patients with his clever talks. He has no ethical standards nor any humanity in him. He does not like to pay his staffs decently and even wants the tips surrendered to celebrate this anniversary. Never seen such a shameless and disgraceful wolf in sheep clothing. No morality nor any sort of sane professionalism and he makes us feel we are at his mercy and because of him we are alive.

I had a severe toothache and visited Crossroads Dental Clinic. Even though I wasn't having an appointment, they treated me very nicely and relieved me from the pain.

The treatment experience was a commendable one with Dr. Sajida. She explained every minute aspect of the treatment with so much ease. She is so
patient to hear all your queries and settles your anxiety before treatment making the procedure stress-free.

It took me more than 6months to look and decide which dentist that deserve my trust.
Because I didn’t want to lose/remove a single tooth and all other dentist either their solution same or not attractive.
DR. Shams Tabrez he was referred by my best friend and the first thing it made me to choose him the communication skills he has, professionalism, friendly and good acknowledge what he is doing.
I still remember his first question (why you want to make braces is it for smile or to correct the bite). That two questions immediately attractive me to go ahead with his process.

Dr. Samsheeksa Gupta did an incredible job with my smile & braces, the whole staff was welcoming and so nice, I wanted to rated the dental clinic 5 out of 5 but the only issue it’s hard to find a car parking otherwise everything is flawless.

I've been coming to this clinic for 2 years now for my braces and have always noticed a constant and significant improvement with the appearance of my teeth. Ever since I was a kid, I've always had this crooked tooth on my upper left front which is so dominant that made me feel less confident. But now I feel way way better. Dr Shams, Dr Husna and the other staff are all fantastic and friendly too. Highly recommend this place!

Pheww. I finished my Orthodontic treatment (Clear Braces) couple of months by dr shmas. Finally after long period of 18 months I removed my braces and then retainer. I've got the beautiful smile as i had seen one in the picture of before and after the treatment and there is a lot to see as difference.thank you Dr tabrez and the team of dentists.

السلام علیکم میں ڈاکٹر صدیق کا مجھ سے اور میرے اہل خانہ کی طرف سے ان کی حمایت ، خاص طور پر میری اہلیہ کے تنقیدی معاملے پر ان کا تعاون کرنے پر ان کا شکریہ ادا کرنا چاہتا ہوں۔ معاملہ ایسا تھا کہ 2 دانتوں کو جڑ کینال کے علاج اور 3 دانتوں کے لئے پل اور پل کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔ ایسا لگتا ہے اتنا آسان نہیں تھا۔ ڈاکٹر نے دانتوں کی بہتر شکل کے ل 3-4 3-4 وینئرز کا استعمال کیا۔ دانت کی صفائی کی گئی تھی اور پوری طریقہ کار کو ختم کرنے کے بعد اس نے پہلے اور بعد کی تصاویر ہمیں دکھائیں۔ میری اہلیہ لفظی طور پر بے بولنے تھیں اور ان کا کہنا تھا کہ جب میں 21 سال کی تھی تو اس سے بہتر لگتا ہے۔

Absolutely astonishing piece of work done here. I did my Composite bonding in crossroads under the supervision of Head Dr Shams Tabrez, Dr Sajida & Dr Husna. I was staying in a hotel near this dental clinic for couple of days fortunately. Checking every dental care facility from my perspective is my thing and I want to be sure about it. I called up and consulted few of the clinics I saw & finally landed in Crossroads & continued there only for my dental concerns. Some of my friends never liked the area Deira but I often visit few places in Deira and that is why I didn't mind visiting Crossroads at the time when I had this idea. I visited Dr Shams and his clinic a couple of months ago having re-located from London to Dubai. Dr Shams reputation is highly regarded in the UK and since I required some urgent work, finding the best was not a problem. Whilst Dr Sham is awesome, I'm a true believer in that you are only as good as the people you work with. With this in mind Dr Sham is fortunate enough to work with an incredible team of proffessionals who are all equally skilled and great at what they do. 1 of my teeth was having a lot of cavity, plaque and infection. Bleeding gums, irritation i seriously needed a treatment. Tooth was not strong in root and almost decayed at the top. I started brushing excessively thinking it might go away if i regularly brush with taking extra care but nothing worked. I had to get surgical procedure for removing that tooth since root was weak.i needed a proper examination by expert on the problem. Dr removed it, did all necessary for healing. It's fine now and i don, t have to face the problems.
