BEWARE, 100 PERCENT FRAUDSTERS. PLZ GUYS STAY AWAY, I AM STRUGGLING TO GET MY MONEY BACK SINCE 1 ST FEB. I GAVE THEM 13K UAE DIRHAMS AND I HATE THE DAY WHEN I VISITED THEIR FILTHY OFFICE, THEY TRAPPED ME VERY BEAUTIFULLY AND GAVE ME A DINNER SET AS GIFT, ALSO OFFERED A DHOW CRUISE DINNER FOR FREE AS GIFT WHICH I DIDNT TAKE STILL, BTW IT COSTS 100 AED ONLY. BUT I ENDED UP GIVING 13000 AED TO THEM, OH MY GOSH, I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW THEY CONVINCED ME. ALL THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. IF YOU HAVE MONEY THAT YOU DONT WANT, THEN BETTER TO THROUGH IT INTO A GARBAGE BIN INSTEAD OF GIVING TO THESE SCAMMERS. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO TO GET MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK FROM THESE SCAMMERS. IN THEIR OFFICE, THEY ALWAYS HAVE BOUNCERS AND YOU CANNOT FIGHT WITH THEM THERE AS WELL. I HATE MYSELF FOR GIVING THAT MUCH TO THEM. I HAVE THE RECEIPT, AND EVERYTHING BUT THEY WILL LKEEP YOU PUSHING FROM ONE GUY TO ANOTHER GUY BUT WILL NEVER GET YOUR CASH BACK OR ANY SERVICES.

My name is Saad Id is CLT-DXB-1999. This company is fraud they charge money and dont give you the service. I paid them 10500 AED but the services is not provide by them other then that I have paid my wife travel ticket to them they failed to provide that ticket and after asking for the refund of the ticket amount they give extremely lame excuse to me and after 4 months still the amount is not refunded. If you ask them to book any hotel from the 21 days which they offered, It took atleast 2 months to them to book, Only they book when you constantly ask them to book like beggars every day.

Krishna murti the biggest sales person fraud. Deepak who is on the customer care center biggest lame excuser who only know how to give false hope to the customer.

User, My Id is CLT-DXB-1731, am also facing the same problem. I paid for 14 days package and still didn't get service from them. I am approaching them to book the hotel but they are delaying it like something and simply giving excuses and emails. Salesperson Rajalaxshmi brainwashed us and made this membership happen and now trying to reach her is not available, also the customer care center person Deepak is well trained by the company to tell excuses and lie. We are about to file a complaint please join if somebody is interested.

The first two companies at least gave us small plates and invalid vouchers. But this company is really pathetic and utter waste. And a bunch of unprofessional people.
Its really sad that hearing lot of people lost their money. And every one should go and file complaint immediately before they vanish from UAE.

The team is highly unprofessional and have no ethics on customer service. I do not recommend anyone to go on there promotional events. They called us on there promotional event promising Dow cruise voucher and travel voucher of 200 aed but after we attend there presentations for one hour, they never picked up our call and also not replying on emails.
So no Dow cruise voucher or travel discount, we get and no proper reply also. I never recommend anyone to go in there presentation and take there travel packages

Scammers. Don’t trust them when they say they’re going to sell you a vacation package. They will never give you your money back and won’t give you the vacation they promised. Check their complaints online.

Fraud company, taking money and doesn't offer any service. Try to call their number and see the behavior of the staff. They are offering free fake gift vouchers, wasting 2 of your hours, and giving u nothing.

First they call people for free gifts voucher once u go there they will ask u so many questions more then 2 hours they try to convince you to book a trip to other countries when you refuse they will give free vouchers, however whenever you try to use that voucher and call to book no response and staff is very rude and unprofessional specially Deepak and Mohamed ayan.

In my life I have not been ever visited to any luxury hotel or five-star hotel. But after taking the membership of this company I am now visiting and experiencing the luxury hotels of Dubai in a very economical amount and this could be for all people and for this you have to purchase the membership of the crown line international.

Please don't believe them it's just another travel scam. We purchased their agreement in august and now we're realizing that they scammed us. They don't respond to our mails or calls or anything else. When families generally travel in the months of summers vacation and winter vacations they say it's peak season so we cannot book anything for you right now. When we are busy and children have their exams and all they book for us. They do everything in their comfort and not in the comfort of their customers. PLEASE DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE US. Save that money and enjoy instead of wasting it investing our money, time and hope on these scammers.

We loved our stay by crown line international, It justifies the high rates, but would've liked it better if they could accommodate slightly more portions.
Staff is helpful and courteous here. You'll likely get your order quickly if you order Indian over continental. I thought they forgot to put in the order for my quesadilla.room were so spacious with huge balcony and love the sea facing enjoyed the open activity st the resort which well maintained by crown management

The staff is very helping and warm! Buffet was huge and love the way how they treat the client The rooms are absolutely fab and the pictures displayed on their site are real. They play live music (we had a chance to hear folk music) and offer complimentary drinks! All in all, we are having good money saving product.

Comfortable stay, attentive and courteous staff, welcoming decor. The breakfast buffet had good variety and quality.the open bar i like the most. There is a lot of space for meeting acquaintances, The furnishing was adequate.it was my 2 days bussiness plus holiday trip thr reservation team maintain very well. Had Breakfast Buffet today, Sunday.
It was a very huge spread & was freshly cooked food.my children enjoyed lot and The continental spread was superb.
The Staff & the F&B manager were very friendly & groomed well also reservation team was so supportive

Perfect place to stay with family they liked most quality is good food and very friendly staff. Excellent housekeeping, was very happy with the services provided by the staff specially syed and aashima. Very respectful and polite took care of everything at the reservation time. Good place to stay with family while on a vacation to Goa crown line reservation made this booking according them bec of my busy schedule. The swimming pool and other amenities are nicely maintained and are aesthetically pleasing. Do look out for the evening live music and on house 'Happy Hours' from 7 to 8 in the evening.the pool party was also nice with well maintained staff and groomd The rooms are well appointed and are adequately spacious. Staff is courteous and prompt. Food is very good.one issue only Very limited parking space in front of the hotel recommend crown line international tours and travels

Location wise it is well placed near he mall road and very huge food section. Rooms are neat and clean. A nice clean room with a big window, rooms were warm, comfortable linen, amazing breakfast with huge variety
Would have given 5 stars but my kid need a choclate milk but they given bounveta milk its was not acceptable for my kids, but apart of the all things thr trip was fabulous recommended by my family

Dont be fool in their offer pls they will invite you to one of the hotels and they will say you have gifts and further they will offer you packages to umrah and word tour and they will convince you to pay them and in the middle of the meeting they will announced that there is one family who subscribed in their offer.these are all fake as we ourselves paid them 5000 dhs and now 2 months they did not paid back our money now we are opening case for them.pls public beware of this company. Dnt be a fool like us we were trapped and now we will fight them legal battle.

Please find the below points
1. No COVID protocol followed by Cruise’s management, Der was one buffet for both upper deck and lower deck. So der was heavy rush on buffet.
2. The quality of food has to be change, we invited to friends and paid extra amount really we felt shame Infront them.
3. Bathroom was really unhygienic and dirty.

Crown line international is best company in uae.i paid 12500 aed for membership. I took almost services in uae and India.response is little bit late but giving service good and quality. Next I'm planning to go international. I'm very happy to say member of this company.
