Yesterday I was expecting a 5-star service from Crown and that is not what I got.

I got atleast a 7-star service! Rey and the team were absolutely faultless. From the moment of arrival to departure they were exceptional.
They worked tirelessly, very quietly (apart from the packing tape), and left my apartment cleaner than when they arrived!
The teamwork was great to watch and I really appreciated the fact that despite the initial walk around they still came and queried certain items, just to make sure. They learnt a new skill of dismantling a treadmill in a very awkward room and took the challenge on with vigor.
What a perfect service for something so stressful!

I used CROWN company twice in the last year to move to Europe. I am completely satisfied, the team was very professional and helpful. I really recommend Mr Baquer Hussain who was my point of contact in Crown company and has always been responsive and very professional.

The service provided by Crown Relocations was excellent. Although it took a while (3 months) to arrive (from UAE to Portugal), we were informed about this because we were using a shared container. Nevertheless, we were always being updated about the status of our delivery, letting us know exactly where our goods were and estimated times to reach each step of the delivery. Communication with the staff from Crown Relocation was always very informative and quick. Furthermore, at the time of goods packaging, they were impeccably protected and packed, arriving exactly as packed. Nothing was damaged. Considering that we shipped several goods that could easily be damaged (books, electronics and glass-made decorations), everything arrived intact. Crown relocations was not the cheapest option to send our goods, quite the opposite, but it was definitely the best choice, because in the end, what matters is that everything arrived undamaged, and in the due time expected.

Sanna and Rehan were approachable and had answers to all our questions. The packing team were very professional and worked effeciently. Overall great experience with the whole team.

I dealt with Sandra and Rehan from Crown Relocations. So far, I have witnessed only the team coming to my place and packing everything very professionally and in a timely manner, without any issues. I found them to be great. However, the packed things will now move to a storage and will be shipped to the destination if a few months, and only time will tell the performance in that respect, but hoping for the best service.

This review relates to the delivery of my shipment in Dubai. The team kept me posted in respect to the sailing and the team leader has been very responsive to my queries. The delivery crew were very punctual and well resourced (enough people). They were efficient and hardworking. My experience in Dubai with the team has been very good.

My first experience with Crown was relocating to Dubai from the US 17 years ago. It was nothing short of a great experience. They provided not only moving services but orientation and house hunting services as well. I reconnected with them to move to a new house within Dubai last month. And although they charge well over 50% compared to any other mover I contacted, but the premium is worth every single cent. They are punctual, professional, their teams communicate quite well -led by Mr. Ray this time- and their operations manager Mr. Kiran was always responsive and reliable. Nothing we moved was broken or misplaced. I couldn't recommend them more.

A typical story of ‘it all depends who you deal with’. Was dealing with Sanaa who was the epitome of professionalism - responsive, informative and helpful.

Fast-forward to where she goes on leave and suddenly all correspondence ceases abruptly. Today, about 3 weeks since she has gone on holiday, and multiple calls / emails to the colleagues she has listed as stand-in contacts, I have had zero responses to phone or email messages.

In desperation I have tried to contact Jason, the manager, who has, as his staff has, not replied to any of my calls for 3 days now.

I am lucky as all of this chasing was only for an updated quote, as opposed to queries about why my household goods have not left Dubai / been cleared at the destination / delivered to my new home. That said, replying to people’s queries is the most simple of things to do, only apparently not for Crown Relocation Dubai.

Let this be a warning to all.

The worst ever.if there was a zero i would have chosen it.they have limitless extensions of timelines and excuses.they do not bind to their agreements.they delayed shipping my shipment in UAE for full 4 months before starting shipping it without even a notice, leaving me under the impression that it is shipped and i was waiting for arrival. I am staying in Australia with minimal items for 4 months that will be further extended for 2 months.i truly wish i had the insight not to use their services.

Crown relocations helped us with delivery of furniture to 1/JBR tower and their service was excelent. Mr. Hussein on site and his whole crew was very proffesional and very responsive. Mr. Jithin leading the operation also!

Huge delays due to COVID-19, not their fault, however, it meant a lot of extra costs and then on final delivery they failed to deliver my boxes to the wrong room. Just very disappointing

Excellent service from start to finish. The professional engagement initially from Sean was what made me choose Crown, then the on-going communications and responsiveness from Rehan was and is excellent. I had Raja, Roger and Fazal doing my packing who were friendly, polite and extremely hard working. Can not recommend these guys enough.

I used them to move from Hong Kong to Dubai. CR was very professional and on time with the move out of Hong Kong and the move into Dubai. They took everything away after move in and nothing was damaged or scratched. Overall it was a good moving experience with no hitches and I recommend CR for any international moves you might have. I will use them again if I every leave Dubai.

I can only comment on the first part of our move from Dubai to England. We used Crown Relocations because they were recommended to us, and they lived up to our expectations, and more. They were very professional, provided excellent communication from first contact, quotation to move out. Rehan was appointed as our move manager, and has kept us thoroughly informed every step of the way, answered our many questions and queries. The packing service was highly efficient, the small team wore immaculate uniforms and were polite and professional, packed our wares very carefully, despite having to wear masks the whole time (due to Covid restrictions)

We needed to ship some of our items in the office and send them out of the country and Crown Relocations Dubai handled the job. The planned shipment was a year overdue but they still had our details and was able to quickly assist us from the beginning until the end of the packing process. The valuables needed utmost care and looking at they way they had it packed safely and secured made me feel assured that the items would arrived at the destination without issues. Really awesome and quality work! Just a short note to thank you and your team for the fabulous work done by the Dubai On-ground team. The attention to detail in the whole uploading and packing process in Dubai, made all the difference for us when the container arrived at our house in Sydney.

In particular, our belongings both bulky and fragile, were delivered safely due to the excellent packing service provided by Rey and the Team. In Sydney, getting the home organised was made so much easier due to the clear labelling and documentation done by the team.

We have moved and relocated several times now using a range of international companies and would say that this time around the on-ground experience was easily the best.

Crown operations department in Dubai is very good, our move manager Lolita arranged in time all documents and paperworks despite all kind of Covid hurdles. She is also very quick in responding to questions.

We used Crown Relocations UAE for our repatriation back to Australia in June this year (2020). I have nothing but rave reviews, from the first enquiry contact, to assessment & quote, dealings with our assigned Move Manager, right through to the removalist team. All dealings were professional, honest and reliable. Crown wasn’t the cheapest quote we received, but we had used them for our move from Australia and were very happy. (Dubai to Guangzhou China) Right from my initial enquiry online, Crown Relo showed excellent customer service, and offered a very competitive rate. Through this uncertain time, my advisor, Mr Rehan was always available for a call or email to discuss changes in my plans, storage options, insurance options and what I can and cannot pack. I have shipped my household internationally 3 times now and so far Crown has been the best. Their two friendly and fast packers came yesterday and did a great job, even tidying after themselves! As they were loading my boxes, I discovered I forgot one item! Despite being done, they packed it and added it for me! Whew! I highly recommend Crown and I hope their China counterparts are just as lovely to work with.

We again had our house packed by Crown and again they met all our expectations. But specially this time, during Covid-19, all was so well organized and done, both by the office manager, communicating with us every day, as well as the people in the house. I am at awe at the recent experience of the excellent service provided by Crown Relocations - Dubai. I had a very challenging task at hand of relocating to Singapore at a very short notice. The exact date of movement was not known. However I had the good fortune of being helped by a very able and professional person from Crown. The person is question Lolita Mathias - Move Manager at Crown Relocations was very helpful in arranging for the movers and packers to come to my place and start the packing and moving exercise at a very short notice. She constantly followed up and kept us updated on a regular basis. The packers and movers were led by Raja, a through gentleman and a professional to the core for executing the task. The entire exercise and excellent professionals like Lolita and Raja reinforces that I made no mistake in choosing Crown relocations.

Moving is a nightmare but Crown make it so much easier! They know it is an incredibly stressful experience and they genuinely want to make it easier for you. Sean and Rehan have been fantastic. We decided to use Crown for our move back to the UK. They were brilliant from start to finish. After the initial visit, we received a quote within 24hrs, and, once accepted, were handed over to the Moving Manager. From here we received help and guidance about what we needed to do for the paperwork (for HMRC) and how to prepare for moving day.
On the day of the move they van and men arrived exactly on time. They knew what they were doing and got on with the job. Within a few hours the house looked bare and our things were all being loaded onto the van. Crown informed us they will be updating us throughout the transit of of shipping. Excellent service.

The team packed and loaded a 40' High cube in 3 days, as promised and they worked hard and were very accommodating to our requests for what to pack first etc. I will receive my goods in a couple of months and will then see how well the packing was done.if all arrives ok it will be a 5 star review

Crown have been a pleasure to deal with since we first requested a quote for our move back to Australia.
Sanaa Rejeb did a really detailed survey of our belongings, much more thoroughly than the other movers that we asked to quote. Our Move Manager Rehan Qureshi has been superb throughout the process of packing, customs clearing and getting the container on to the ship. The packing was supposed to be done over two days but due to the imposition of a lockdown in Dubai for Covid-19, he managed to increase the number of packers (from 3 to 8). I would also like to thank our packing supervisor Nole Arador who managed the impossible to pack everything in under 8 hours. We look forward to dealing with Crown in Australia when the container arrives. I would recommend Crown to anyone who wants a professional door to door service.

Unfortunately the moving were organized by my employer therefore based on economical agreements In Kuala Lumpur Crown relocation had competitive prices therefore it became immediately the favorite.
