I did my hair color for the first time so obviously was super scared. But Priti did amazing job and changed my color from black to brown and that too without using bleach. I will only trust Priti with my hair and be back all the time.

I went to crystal lounge after Priti. I got my hair color done. Priti listened to me properly. I wanted to customize my color according to my likes. The end result was not what i had on mind and I requested her to add a few more strands of highlights. I thought she will be rude or upset but she very nicely heard me out and made me understand how could we go about it and we actually did that. My hair turned out lovely. She gave me an extra hour to fix my issue. I love my hair. Super blended naturally looking highlight.

I used Crystal Lounge for their keratin package, Rawan my hairstylist discussed with me the process in detail and the result was amazing! I’m so happy with the entire service. Their reception staff is also very friendly and responsive. I will definitely go back again.

Awesome service, Rawan is excellent, I adore my platinum hair colour without any damage caused, the haircut is amazing, she is very professional and friendly and did a wonderful work as usual. Had a manicure/pedicure with Angelie, my nails looks great. The place is super clean, highly recommended.

I had Moroccan bath for first time which was a good experience although I would recommend a few things to make it a little more comfortable leading up to the bath/scrub. Afterwards had a fabulous massage. Thereafter met Melina, hair stylist who did wonders with my very fine hair and gave great advice. Treatment, cut and blow dry. Left feeling totally refreshed and rejuvenated.

MashaAllah they did a good job.there services are amazing.very cooperative and friendly staff. I am happy with their work. 10 /10.

Great salon! My go to for hair and nails work. Great team. Hygienic and spacious spa. Beautiful interiors. Amazingly affordable prices. Can’t recommend them enough! They’re really great!

I got infection right after manicure treatment.
I called the salon and informed them, they said they will investigate with the therapists and call me back but they didnt!
ive never experienced such thing in dubai, this salon is so unprofessional and they are using unsterilized equipment.

Made a nails with Anita. Gel overlay and gelish color. After one day I lost one nail even didnt notice how does it happen. Quality was so poor. That's not first time. Previous time I lost 3 nails and went to do refill.
I called to salon and asked if Anita is free right now it's very urgent, Monica replied she asked what I want to do, I said I need to do one nail only. Then she said no she is busy till late evening. I tried to explain how important is for me to do as soon as it possible. But Monica just became more rude. I should admit that atmosphere in salon is always bad. Stuff is sitting around speaking their language and laughing very loud, they are not friendly also. I went to this salon only coz my friend suggested Anita. And Anita actually have done very good time at the first time. But next 2 was not good. Today salon lost not only me as a client but my friend also.

Been here a couple of times. The staff were friendly, however the massages were just average and they only lasted 40-45 minutes, instead of 60 minutes which I paid for, so it is not good value for money.

It’s my second time coming here and I won’t come back again. I have got the worst French nails ever. I planned to have French style manicure and same pedicure, but did only for the hand because that lady can’t do it. It took her 2hours and half to do my nails and she doesn’t have the skills to do the French style. Also the salon at that hour was busy. I have never been to a salon where only one girl to do mani and pedi. There is work to be done for the gelish, to remove it then to do the style I want so all this takes time. The admin don’t have to book all the customers at one hour in the same time. It was a disaster. I never had done my nails for two hours and half, I was just tired and wanted to leave as soon possible.

Went for Moroccan bath not clean at all not professional in terms of everything well never go again

I was in holidays in Dubaï, for my last day I decided to relax before leaving. People working there are not HONEST and they are THIEF! I came with a friend for one hour full body massage. It was great but once we have to pay, issue begins. The first time my card removed I don’t know why.but the second time it works. However, the responsible (a woman) which was in the cashier told me that it not working I have to do it again. I told her no because I have already paid the second time and it worked. I even showed her my bank account receipt. No matters she mandatory me to paid again. I told her ok but if I receive twice a bank account receipt regarding this payment, she has to give me back my money! So I paid and my account said that I paid twice. The woman doesn’t want to give me back my second payment! I was furious because it was not fair from her part. So she gives me back 50AED but still 40AED are missing. I not recommend this institute anymore!

Tried their mani/pedi from a voucher I bought online but wasn’t too impressed, staff were friendly enough and price was cheap but finished result wasn’t great.

It was an amazing experience having massage. Fully customised and relaxed atmosphere with complete privacy. Highly recommended

I had eyelash extensions done here and firstly. The technician didn't have proper tools for the eyelash extension. She kept opening my eye which made the glue have painful reactions with my eyes and they were red and irritated. The extensions themselves were poorly done. Clumpy with glue everywhere and I was charged for volume lashes but they were classics. I doubt the technician has had any training at all! My eyelashes are all glued together and feel and look like plastic. Super disappointed

The experience was stressful and awful every step of the way.

Location isn’t ideal with really loud kids party room right next door, salon was very dirty with spilled coffee on floor that no one seemed to care about cleaning up, staff were half asleep, rude and were not even at the reception to greet you, when the lady sat down to do my pedicure she burped, they hurt our fingers and didn’t care, coffee was served in a styrofoam cup (what a waste of plastic), when my mother in law asked for a specific foot treatment they started to ARGUE amount themselves about who would do it!

Then the icing on the cake was, the colour wasn’t the one I picked.which was to match a dress I am wearing for a WEDDING. When I brought this up to who I assume was in charge they were so rude and dismissive, “what wrong with that colour? What colour is your dress”, then she just walked off leaving us both standing in reception.

Would NEVER go back, really do not recommend as you don’t even get basic customer service.
