I really wish I had read all these reviews before. It was a horrible experience start to finish. A 3BHK took them 10 hours to
clean as opposed to 7 hours that was quoted. I was told at 8: 30am the day of the booking that some of the staff haven’t turned up so they will come at 10am the next day. They turn up nearly an hour late the next day after multiple follow ups with no apologies. The staff asked me for gloves and then finally said they had enough - materials were run down - they had sent 4 staff and only 3 of them were working with the 4th one, Maqsood who is an absolute nightmare was roaming around and doing nothing at all. Several of my calls went unanswered and not returned. Excuses given that that balconies were very dirty with bird poo so they would have sent more people. After multiple complaints, he finally started working in the evening with constant arguments on charging extra for the kitchen balcony and not using the scrubber in the apartment. I had to call the office and then he was told that this had to be done as it was included in the contract. Aggressive customer service who hung up on me when I was mid-sentence several times. Some areas were left dirty and not cleaned. The concept of deep cleaning does escape them. This was an extremely stressful experience and definitely a lesson learnt never to use them again!

We hired a company to install tile and baseboards in our office. We made 100% payment. Then something interesting began to happen: different people did not come to the installation every day. One different handler and 3 bosses who stood nearby. Sometimes the brigade did not arrive for a whole week. The work is still not finished. We demand a refund in order to relay the tiles with other contractors, but they do not return it to us and have been promising for 2 months to come and relay everything.

If i can give zero starts i would super rude not professional the manager is very disrespectful, i had to cancel it due to the rudeness and the lack of communication and the messing equipments and was 5 hours late

We hired this company to perform a thorough cleaning of our new home before moving in. Unfortunately, they neglected to clean the exterior, requiring us to ask them to return. The internal cleaning was mediocre, with numerous overlooked areas. Additionally, the pest control was not carried out according to our specific instructions. The timing was highly inconvenient, and there was a complete lack of communication between the booking team and the on-site team.

Update: somone just called me, an operations manager (Lady), instead of apologizing she is asking me why I gave them this review and wanted me to delete it and said that they booked me for 12 PM not 10 AM and it is their operations mistake. Even the Ops Mngr she was not listening she was agitated and shouting. Horrible horrible experience. It is a JOKE!
Extremely unprofessional, spoke to someone called Fahad booked an appointment today at 10: 00 AM, no one showed up till now, tried to call no one is answering, tried to text on Whatsapp no reply.

Very fantastic management and highly professional cleaners. They did a perfect job for my 4 bedroom room villa. Took only 7 hours. Pocket friendly fee also

Beware of this scam of a company, I have never had a worse experience dealing with anybody than these guys. We had hired these guys to do some repair job with one of the windows. Not only did they not do it, they ended up breaking the window due to negligence. It’s been over 3 months, and all these guys do is keep making up stories and never show up. The owner is useless and least bothered about their commitment. I have made countless calls and sent numerous WhatsApp messages to him without any response in return. I’m claiming refund now and no response to that either. Extremely unprofessional! Stay away!

Horrible job done! They are not at all professional. Used them for Deep Cleaning my new house that im moving into. They came 2 hours late without the scrubbing equipment. Then took 8 hours to clean nothing. The house still looks dirty and shabby the way it was. Would never use this company again. Terrible service and Terrible operations team

Used them for painting job. Poor quality. Dishonest and slow. They gave me a discount and got me less workers and actually their manager when asked why thr job is taking long said coz of the discount given! So unprofessional and cheap.

When booked and there was a problem. They came out and made sure they resolved the problem. Then I left for work and when I return the work done was amazing, I have used several companies before however by far the best. I will use them again very soon.

I booked last munute at 8: 30am and the team was there by 11: 00am.
Really nice team. They stayed until 6: 00pm and the house was spotless. I will definitely book them again for deep cleaning.

If there is a zero star option i would go for it.bad service we booked the deep cleaning service nothing was done the apartment is the same and even worse.they arrived late, the manager literally kept us waiting without any response. So unprofessional! Will never go for crystalblue

I hired them for intensive cleaning for the villa we are moving to. I couldn’t be any happier. The job was done professionally. I highly recommend them.

I requested someone to help me unpack, organize and clean after a move. The cleaner arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes late and was totally unaware of why she was at my house and seemed to not understand basic tasks. The coordinator did not contact me ahead of time to advise she would be late, blamed the driver, and took no responsibility. This is my first and last time using this company. I really wish I had read these reviews ahead of time instead of trusting their website.

If theres is anything less than one start i would give it. Cleaners are amazing but maybe the worst customer services team.truly feel bad for the owners as they are visioning a great start up but being limited by their own team rudeness and unprofessionalism.i hope the owner read this and take action accordingly to scale his business he needs the right team with kindness and true care for their customers.

I requested to polish wood and marble floors. Work has been done poorly, guys pushed me to pay them a full amount based on preliminary quote instead of actual works done. They came 1.5 hrs later than agreed with low qualified manpower and stayed until midnight to finish 40 sq m in one room and 2 am the second day. Think twice before get fished on their low quotes.

Your team's work was fantastic.my house is spotless.the team were very courteous, understanding n patiently working hard to do their job. They arranged everything back in its place after d deep cleaning.nothing was left incomplete. I would definitely recommend further to my friens n family. Thank you for an amazing job.

They were late on both occasions, very rude customer service, second time around they sent the cleaners 45 minutes late and on top of that no equipments have been sent with them although it was all paid for! Very very unprofessional

They were 3 hours late! I scheduled disinfection service for 5pm and as I’m writing this review - I’m still waiting for them. You should just remove the schedule option if you can’t commit to it!

The team carried out a thorough move-in clean of the property. They were friendly and meticulous. I would recommend them and use the service again in the future.

I had great experience with company as villa movein cleaning request was made in morning to Fahad (sales person) and he arranged it within few hrs and I was sorted. I liked their commitment towards work and cleaning is carried out professionally too.

I highly don’t recommend

After scheduling an appointment for deep cleaning and emphasizing on how important and critical the timing is, 5mins before they are supposed to start, I receive a call telling me that they won’t be able to make it and they are pushing my schedule by 3 hours. After several calls and arguments it was very clear that they won’t make even on the new proposed time. Had to cancel and paid extra to find another company to do the job on the same day.

Honestly, This is one of the great experience i had working with this company a perfect follow-up from Mr. Atif, ensuring good quality and they did, professional staff no doubt a friend of mine recommended them to me & they proved their worth. Special Thanks to Mr. Faraz for such amzing service.

I have paid online on 9th Jan from a card for the cleaning service. They confirm the service the next day at 4: pm and at 3: 58 Pm on service day, they call me and said we cannot provide service and refund your money in 5 working days and today is 19th Jan and still they didn't refund my money. When I call them they do even not respond and answer same, again and again, we will refund.and telling lie.

We are using the disinfection services from them for a over a year now.
Team is professional and highly responsive. Good value for the service they offer and provide the work report after every visit as needed by the DHCC.
10/10 would recommend other clinics for weekly disinfections.

I would give no star to this company, they are useless, you will end, paying money for nothing,
