Dealing with CSS Homeward Bound is a good choice if you need warehousing services.

Fraud Alert… The company will cheat you at every touchpoint.they will harras you to pay extra money when your cargo will land in your home country
They will not provide any documentation for the money they will ask for & i fact you will be threatened to pay the amount or loose ur goods.nd if you leave it unclaimed they will start charging penalties
Do NOT ever deal with CSS homeward bound & specially Pushkar Palande or Jenelyn. Both of them will never respond to you properly

Service commitment & service deliver is 2 very different things for CCS Home Ward Bound.
Commitment for a free handyman service is done with attitude and as quick as possible - to get the job done. I didn't even use this service fully due to the attitude experienced with them.
Half of my boxes were left unpacked and I was informed that I can call at my leisure to have this picked up from my new residence - more than a week later and I am still waiting! They have now told me:
1. Dispose of them myself
or 2. Pay an additional AED400 to have them collected! What a joke! Poor service and poor communication.
A set of my desk draws was left with its ENTIRE contents still in the draws. They delivered this and placed the draws upside down. When I went to correctly turn it the right way, everything went tumbling inside - my 1TB Hard drive has been damaged as a result and can not access any of my files of photos, documents and videos. This I have informed them about and to date I have not even had an acknowledgement about it, never mind an apology.
All I receive from this company is excuses.

If only I could rate zero, I would. My box was picked up on the 26th of June 2019, I still don’t have it until now. My location is in Visayas then I got to know that Mindanao boxes were delivered first. All they say is sorry but no immediate actions were taken to expedite the shipment. This is my CSS horror story! I will never ever recommend CSS to anyone!

This has got to be the worst logistics company ever! I thought Wings was bad but these guys have even outdone them. They wont answer phones, they wont answer emails. This is the second time my shipment from Souq has been stuck with them for more than one month. What a bloody disaster!

You'll never see any worse company than CSS. They'll be awarded soon as the worst company in Dubai

Its been more than a month that I did not get my shipment from souq. I called and I emailed but they are full of promises. I even offered to collect it but they just ignored me. I hope their license will be revoked for not giving a good service. If there is a petition, I would be the first one to sign.
