Dear Culligans, One of the other large water providers is providing us water that now smells like diesel. Would your lab be able to identify what our family has been unknowingly drinking?
I didn’t get my 2 year warranty they had me start paying a service contract within first year claiming it was more cost effective and guarantees service although I only get a filter change only twice a year. I was ok with that no problem. Every year since the manager in charge is out of town the time of contract renewal or is no longer in charge of that particular department and the after sales is responsible for the service? And magically the price has doubled but you’re not notified as a customer until renewal time and they claim your contract expired every year one month before actual renewal time. The past 2 years they have wanted to double the price of the same service contract claiming cost of spare parts doubling. Perhaps time to report and not honoring previous contracts or clientele Perhaps time for Dubai Economic Department to be informed
I am very satisfied being a client of Culligan. Let it be the quality of water or the way they have provided the service support is commendable. Would surely recommend to people of my acquaintance.
WATER IS NOT GOOD.i PURCHASED 12 BIG BOTTLES AND THE CLORINE TASTE IS TOO MUCH.i CHECKED WHETHER THE SEAL IS BROKEN BUT ITS OK. THIS IS WORSE WATER I EVER SEEN
