Very dissatisfied. An order placed online for back to school. A duplicate school textbook. I go to the store to return it and I want to buy another (more expensive) book that was added to the supplies list. The manager replies that this is not possible and that there is no return or exchange. Very unprofessional and no commercial sense given the amounts that we can spend each school year with them. I don't recommend them and I won't go back there again.

We are obliged to deal with them because my kids school are sending us to get the french books from there

Expensive but the books are interesting specifically if there are discounted for 19/31 AED.

The annual painful visit that you have to do for the beginning of every school year. All books and supplies are available but assistance will be needed. God forbid there are 3 or 4 customers at a time. There are hardly enough Staff to support multiple customers. Prices are ok. Recommended to get this exercise done early in the summer break: otherwise you may face books being sold out and long lines. Enjoy

Very bad service and impolite staff!
I ordered the books in September and a few days ago they received them in the library. I was promised that they will call once they receive it, but I was the one calling every time to ask. Moreover, my husband passed by them after his work because he can't before to hand over the books. At 5: 03 pm the employee refused to open and treated him impolitely. He waved his hand that they closed and turned his back and completely ignored him. He can easily hand over the books it will take 1 minute from his precious time but still, he didn't even give him the chance to talk.
I sent them an email complaining and instead of apologizing they were more impolite!
I don't recommend them at all and this is definitely the last time I deal with them and informed all the mothers I know about their bad service!

Very helpful staff, initially they mixed up between Pompidou and Affleck school, french lady was beyond helpful after the mix up

A very useful shop where you can find a large variety of French books both scholar and non scholar, society games. The staff is very helpful and professional. If you're in french world living in UAE, this is place you should know and visit once.

Very disappointed with the service of culture and co.order placed more than a month ago, paid for and confirmed for specific delivery date before the school starts; unfortunately the order is not delivered till today, school will start tomorrow and students will have to attend without their books and school supplies.what makes it worse, is that we can not reach anyone in culture and co, to check on the delivery status and track the order, no one answers the phone, the website is closed, and no one to answer our queries despite the urgency of the situation.this is very unacceptable, and not to be recommended to anyone.this is my first experience with culture and co, and i am very very disappointed with the quality of their service, and lack of follow-up and their lack of commitment to honor what was confirmed when placing and confirming the order.

First time to see bookstore closed most of the time, you have to take one day off to get your kids books and stationary from them.
Aside, they know from the schools, which they are dealing with, the number of tge students, I am really windering how tgey do not have the books onsite enough, or at least covering 90% of these estimations. Very monetized business not focusing on value at all.
Last but not least, how the schools accept this monopoly! This is unethical to put the school requirements, books or supplies, like the famous french agenda, with ond vendor, really strange and frustrating. If the bookstore think that some kids will have copies of the books, fine this is why I am sayng they have to cover at least 90% of the needs (books and supplies) of the number of the students in each grade onsite, ready on shelf at a reasonable price, this is if they care about the value, not keeping a student attending 3 weeks without books for no reason other than securing the money first, but the children's benifit is last priorty.
