Even one star i dont like to give worse experience in my whole life they treat staff like robot and they give deduction to staff for stupid reason they don't value their staff.overtime not paid i prefer to stay without job instead to work in a poor company like it the good reviews for the staff not true they forced by the management

I have read cuple feedback. I really like the environment of this company. A great leader can make a good team. And here you are.

Not even one star. Poor company. Worst company ever. Taking 2 people at a time for the same position.they will not give u visa. They will just use your visa and keep on telling ur visa is under process without any update.office is very hectic u can’t even talk. Pls don’t ever work there. Very Unprofessional company they don’t have even a proper retail system to work. Rude management they will shout at the employees like servants. Pls do not resign and go there they will take you out after some days and deduct the salary without any reason so pls don’t waste your carrier there.

Very bad work place with unprofessional management and very low retail skill, visa scammers they ask you to do tourist visa after its expired they will terminate you, DONT WORK HERE.

Don’t work here and i don’t advise customer to buy this bad quality shoes, i don’t know how like those company are still alive?
They will make you work more than legal hours without payment!
They will cut your salary if you didn’t achieve a magical number monthly!
They will not make your visa!

Better to stay home than work here!

Cuple brand is one of the fast growing brand in the region with fashionable ladies shoes, handbags and accessories. I happy to be part of this wonderfull brand. It was amazing experience until now it’s been very familiar and supportive. Well working experience.

They will hire you after your first interview and fire you after a few days without any prior notice. Their HR system is so bad, that they will inform you one day evening that you don't need to come tomorrow and handover you the passport. They don't process visa so you can never complaint to labor. Don't ever join them, especially if you are leaving your current company to join. If you are on visit visa, they will waste your days that you could utilize to look for a job in better company.

Worst experience at DFC joint, I took 3 pairs and want to return 2 as they were damaged which I didn't checked during the purchase but the staff was so rude. The bill clearly states that 14 days return and refund policy which he refused to accept, I was asked to wait and speak manager who agreed to give the refund. I hope staff can be polite to next customer as he was super rude to my wife.
