The manager and her staff are amazing, very friendly and will help you with what ever you need it can be a product or advice, always keen to help. My cat looks amazing after his grooming and I would gladly recommend to others.

Wonderful service and so friendly. They do their jobs in the right way. I don’t know why there’s negative comments probably haters cause i went there more than once and it literally wonderful.

Even once i got pampers for my puppy and it turned out smaller than his actual size, I went back to them and I already thought no way they take it back it’s already opened and then i was amazed, they gave me a brand new one right size without me even discussing or talking about payment or exchange or anything.

They are really great people and such a helpful staff, I advise people from all around to go there, prices are reasonable and service 5 stars.

If I had an option of putting 0 or minus stars I would have gone for that.the place is so unhygienic.the guy who did the grooming was so unprofessional.my puppy had uneven hair cut.puppy was so stressed the groomer handled the puppy in a very harsh manner. I wouldn’t suggest anyone this place.only one guy to handle the 5 month old puppy.and they claims to do the grooming only after 6months hearing that for the first time even after owning 4 dogs! For a shitzu puppy.he had to undergo another hair cut on the same day because of them.

Horrible service in all meaning, appointment was taken, 3.5 hours we were late till they did the job of cat grooming, inefficiently and the cat was unable to walk even after there cut because they were tough as I guess… 0/10

Horrible horrible. I’d give 0 star if possible. They lie to you. I had booked a grooming and it was so bad I had to complain. She said they will do it complimentary again but first take them to the vet. The vet said the same thing as before. Then after they came for the grooming they asked for money, when clearly in the messages it was free. Then the groomer is saying a different price and the lady on call is saying a different price. Don’t waste your time and money.please look at reviews on different websites as well, as I feel they are putting fake reviews on here. Always find someone you trust. And don’t worry all the screenshots are with us.

I would like to add that the staff that came today was very friendly, they also agreed with us about the unfairness and the lies about the manager. You should definitely reconsider hiring someone that knows proper customer service and not deceive their customers.

This is the worst experienced for me and my dog. My pet had a really bad haircut yesterday. His hair cut was uneven and the worst thing is the groomer only cut his hair started from the neck and to the body. His ears, face and head looks like didn't trim at all. Very disappointed and very surprised that Cut On the Car Pets Grooming arranged such a BAD groomer for their customer.
Was the first and last time. We will never ever use this company again for pet grooming. Nightmare!

Absolutely Pathetic! I would strongly not recommend this service at all. Their staff has no idea how to handle a they just literally threw our kitten as they didn’t even know the basics of handling the cat.

I know many ppl here have pets from abroad and they take them as children. So I will reckon to be very careful when choose pet services. Better do on your own or go for the most reputed one.

Dubai municipality should take action and banned their services as they will literally can cause permanent damage to other pets.

I’m sure all other positive reviews are manipulated.

This was my cat’s first time to the groomer, she is feisty and a bit aggressive so I was wary and apprehensive but the groomer was very patient with her and handled her with care. I am happy with the result and I think my cat feels the same The mobile grooming service is a fantastic idea, less stressful for my baby. Well done to the whole team Thank you guys.
