Very unprofessional communication. I waited 10 days after asking on the status of my shipment to get the answer to contact the office in Khartoum. The office did not know the status, did not even know the shipment number. Asking again for a status, I got the answer call again in one week. If you are in the shipment business should be able to cover at least the basics. This company is unreliable and unprofessional.
