Daiso Japan

Impressed with the customer service and especially want to call out Rohana, who went out of her way to source some out of stock items I was looking for. She traced them from other store and ensured I was contacted in time, these things should be appreciated, as she could have just shrugged n mentioned that they were out of stock and walked away!

Much thanks to Mr Dipu I think the manager. He does understand his duty very well. I had a problem and he resolved the issue very swiftly and I didn't encounter any difficult or problem. He kept me updated till when solved. Kudos Mr Dipu for your kindness your the best

Am a regular DAISO customer, but have to say this particular branch has certain staff with major product knowledge shortage and repulsive attitude towards customers. Had a terrible experience and absolutely spoiled my morning trying to convey my concerns to them. Would not recommend going to this branch if you need help with products.

Just visited this shop, near my hotel.
Just checked whether goods are the same with Daiso shops in Japan.
All items were imported from Japan, prices are 2-2.5 times higher than in Japan, but considering transportations, customs etc, maybe reasonable for Dubai.

Love this shop! You can find anything for your home in the shop. Attentive staff, super great prices- anything without price tag will cost you just 7 AED, where in Dubai you can also find anything for 7 AED with great quality. My mom goes to this shop to buy pots for the plants, my daughter does her kiddie shopping - toys, stationary. Great choice of Xmas decorations during the seasons. Frankly speaking their seasonal decorations are super great - good quality, good choices, plenty of options.

Really nice place with many small ideas for gifts if for tourists, and a large choice of gadgets for people living there especially with the back to school.
Prices are fine also.

Just like the dollar stores, but it is Japanese. You can always find something to buy. Inexpensive and basic items

A shop with all kind of items you would not notice in a different shop but when they are in Daiso you get the feeling of "I need this" and you buy. I guess the massive low prices have an impact too.

It’s so cheap I could by the entire store with the money in my wallet. It’s a great Japanese store that has extremely cheap prices and a relatively large selection. The quality isnt top standard but considering the prices, I Can’t complain. The things there are mainly things that are hard to find in a lot of other stores and when you do find these things elsewhere, they tend to be quite expensive. Like neck ties. I hardly ever find it and for example it’s 440aed in rodeo drive but 7aed here. Great value for costs.
