Your security tried to scam me! I came to the parking after 1 pm and he lied to my face saying I came at 11 am! I had to show him evidence that I was eating breakfast in Jumeirah at that time! On top of that they only take cash, I guess to take the extra money he lied about. I could not believe, I am only thinking how many other people has he been scamming and getting away with it!

Terrible facilities. Toilets stink. Some floors have had no refurb for years. Some still have ceiling open. FM / PM company does little to nothing. We are moving out.

Good place to rent an office space. Offers all the amenities for the office staff, located right across the canal so you can enjoy the walk @ Canal. Washrooms are common but still very neat & clean. Security staff is very cooperative. Wonderful Tower for companies who wants to setup offices in low budget with great fesilities. Couple of pictures attached from the canal walk (Day & Night view) which is right behind the tower.

Very cheap FM ever experienced. Also cheated me with phone in program.they announced me as winner after more than 10 times i called them to claim my prize. The real cheater and no responsible people working with this firm. Very poor and shame on this MALLU FM

Business Tower is a striking 22-storey building constructed in direct response to the path of the sun as it moves around the building. This allows maximum natural light into the offices, whilst an exterior layer of translucent screen and solar shading keeps away harsh glares and gives soft filtered light.
