It's place near by downtown Nd downtown is heart of Dubai there have amazing facilities near by Dubai mall Al qouZ every where very to reach destination connect with every road main Al khail Nd shiekh zayed Nd ras Al khor meydan side so it's worth place for good life amazing place I recommend this place good view every where

Damak mage a good project, but it's ongoing too long. We all have to see this construction for every day (

Good building to live in. All amenities included plus shops nearby. There's a cute pet store as well where they do grooming as well.

I am a resident of damac executive bay and the behavior from your current security & reception staff is completely unprofessional & unacceptable, they are rude and when I asked for the night shift security guy to tell me his name, he refused to give it to me & in return threatened me & came to see which apartment I live in …… all this stress in the place I call home? Is this what I’m meant to return home to? This behavior?

Construction is ongoing everywhere around the building. It's inconvenient because there's nowhere to walk here and I can't cross the street. It's also hazardous because I can only walk on the road where I was almost hit by a car, not once. So I'm pretty dissatisfied, and I'm hoping that the construction around the building will be completed soon and that you are constructing a walkway for your residents to stroll since there is nowhere to go; I can't even reach the nearest supermarket. You make it extremely difficult to live here. Pathways, not gardens, are required for residents!

The building literally full of cockroaches!
Inside your house in the elevator and the corridors!
I did pesticides 3 times in 5 months and still coming when i open the door!
In the whole building there’s 3 elevators, two of them on maintenance everry few dayss!

Ocated nearby the lake. Easy access to the main roads.visitors parking is definitely hard to find

Residential building community. Location is very ideal. I dont say best location in dubai I believe I am not wrong and most of the people will agree. Bcz it's just near to Dubai mall. IKEA, Ace hardware. Airport is 20 min drive or less.

Building have all facilities like swimming pool, gym, 24 hour security, CCTV camera, indoor parking.

Apartments are not spacious and view is amazing to lake side and burj Khalifa view.

Being a resident I will not say lucky people bcz their is lots of construction machinery working around you noisy atmosphere.
Have a pleasant stay and enjoy. Keep smiling.

Facilities are one of a kind, with jacuzzi and Burj Khalifa overlooking pool, views are also nice. Perfect location.

اطلالة القندق خلابة. وبوفيه الإفطار لذيذ ومتنوع ويمكن الأكل في الخارج مع اطلالة على البحيرة. وصادف الجو كان بديع وأوروبي.
