There is a one Security officer he is trying to make an issue for any kind of who is working this building or if you delivering something or even if you are visitor, you can see he like to create problems while he is standing near the building, even other security officers they understand and agree he is wrong but they can’t do anything,
It’s so sad no one is trying to fix his attitude to delivery and visitors,
living in dubai so long and never experienced that kind of behavior from security person, hopefully management can see this

Elevator nevers works, you should have a marhin of 30-40 mints for your meeting in this tower.

We rent office here and it’s return the worst decision we made it, we are already tired to have issue with security always, there is a rules but only for people who security choose, and when you asked them they will say they decide what to do, our every mornings start with problems which they create and only for some people but for some it’s normal (we have a official parking), I’m not speaking about the lift even, for the lift you can do maybe something but at least you can fix the ettiude of the security staff,

Well maintained commercial tower in Barsha Heights. Limited free parking space available. Parking Attendants and Building Security staff are helpful and courteous. Be aware that parking may not be available during peak business hours.

The worst company and incompetent staff to deal with. You will regret dealing with them the rest of your life, very poor management

Interview/screening was delayed an hour despite me coming early due to logistical reasons. Screening barely lasted 5 minutes. It is a very aesthetically pleasing building however knowing the company's reputation.

This is a commercial building built by Damac.
The lobby is quiet decent.
Staff quiet friendly offered me a parking space to park my car.

I went there for an interview, the building from outside looks nice but from inside we had to stay on line to get in the elevator, small elevators and too many people, not so clean from inside and there was smell of food in the floors, it could be better

This to bring to your kind consideration about the female that she is working in your company. She treated very bad with the candidates who comes for the interview.we didn't come there to ask her share from her property or her seat. She might have faced same problems during her bad time in her life to get a job, Company shouldn't hire such arrogant person like her. I came all the way from Al-Ain to give interview unfortunately they didn't even see my face properly, forget about taking interview. One of the worst HR team. Hope you will come up with something better. Good Luck.

Really disappointed 6th floor loams I have several questions not been answered about my service charge and sorry the 22th floor yet they welcomed you and have no answers to my questions what to do no one can help me yet very disappointed

Never trust them until they write you in the emails. They lie lie and lie on calls even the management. They keep customers in dark because they want to terminate the property. Never trust whatever they say.

Don’t even think to invest with them. Bought 2 units 8 years ago and still regret it till today.
Hidden fees, worst ever customer service and zero post sales support.
Get from more professional developer like Emaar. These buck of clowns have no system in pace except fishing around for new sales and leave you in the middle once they take your money

Never buy a property on payment plan with Damac. You will regret as I am. I bought a townhouse on payment plan in Oct 2020 and paid all the instalment timely till date but at the time of handover they are forcing me to pay extra 126325 AED for Area Variation which I never requested and huge burden over me. I had tried n-number of times by visiting/ Calling / Email to Damac's CRM, Handover, Collection but they are not ready to negotiate and throwing my request in other's court moreover forcing me to pay FULL amount in one time. Till then can't proceed for the handover. I am mentally disturbed with Damac's behaviour. I wish no-one should suffer like me as after the payment of 1.164 Million AED can't touch my dream home.

The Ladies at the reception 6th floor loams are at the highest level of rudnest no greetings no customer service they feel like they are selling fish.

Don't do any buisness with Damac. The customer service is extremely bad and they treat you in the worst way. They are completely unprofessional and will do anything to drag out the most trivial administrative process.

The Lift was very congested. Even though all lifts were working fine I enjoyed the snake like queue for about 20 mnts and after that I had to squeeze myself and invaded other's personal space to fit in. Sorry for that but I got long way to go and short time to get there.

Nice building with many offices. Very busy with visitors. Flowers at the lobby are artificial better to have fresh floral arrangements.

I have visited DAMAC office on 7 June 2022 to make a payment on behalf of one of my friend. I had assumed that, whole process might finish within half hour as maximum. However for my surprise, I HAD TO WAIT FOR TWO PRECIOUS HOURS OF MY IMPORTANT TIME. I understand DAMAC’s busy schedule, which should not be the justification for delays in money collection.

This is the super bad company in Dubai. Sure!
I buy townhouse, must take handover in March, now May and I am still haven’t any documents and can’t move in my house. Nobody not answer what is the problem, all only told - we will call you back.
I am with all my family stay in rent apartment, can’t stay longer.
They don’t want give money back 40% and can’t explain why happened this terrible situation, why this company have so bad service without any normal attitude for customers.
Really I 1 million time I told - this is big mistake take anything in Damac!

The building is neet and nice but the only issue is the elevators as there is a queue to get in it

The building was dirty and unprofessional, elevators were over packed and I had to squeeze in an elevator with maybe 6 people! Talking about social distancing! Reception procedure almost non! It says a lot about the company, not sure I would buy a Damac property versus going to an Emaar office!

I'm working here as an intern. The place is very exquisite and well maintained. Has everything need for corporate environment.

It is a commercial property, i had my client in this building. Job seekers can visit this building with proper entry. It is in Internet City. Many offices are there.

Good building, good location multiple business center options, one of the first tall building in Tecom area

A nicely designed office building, however the lifts remained too crowded during working hours. While if you're visiting you must request to your host to book a visitors parking for you.

An office building in Barsha Heights, it is the Headquarters of the Damac Properties the top Dubai private Real Estate Developer.

Damac is basically a cheater and liar. They even don't follow the instructions of their own Legal document. They sold the unit as hotel apartment but finally changed it as furnished apartment.

One of the worst developers.really worst in presentation. They are not even developers just a scam developers

They are very friendly; very helpful. But you have to book an appointment first. Or you can use their new e-service on hello damac.

Damac tower is the actually a bussiness hub, lot of offices work in this tower. Even Damac itself one of the leading construction company in Dubai.

A big name in construction but looks like you have to invest billions to get the attention of customer service.

It's a nice building but very busy hence u need to really wait for the lift and lift is always full
They had a big reception before but now only a small desk.
On the 6th floor is damac client services office and also Loams office (luxury facilities management).
Parking for damac clients, there is valet service but to find the parking entrance is a bit tricky as u need to really go round n round to find it.
Damac crm only meet with prior office.

Nice building, elevators are a bit busy even during non peak hours of other than 830 to 930 or 4: 30 to 530 but if you go for an Official Damac Meeting you can get a pretty sweet free valet service which is great for the area in Tecom/ Barsha Heights. Not sure what I'd do if I worked in this building, it has a couple of restaurants and shops. Ohh also all of Damac Customer Relationship Management team sits here, as well as Legal, so if you are getting a damac handover in 2018, then this will be the place you will come to get the final approvals before you collect the keys.

Dealing with the building management has been the worst experience ever.completely unhelpful and useless

Business Center centrally placed among the residential and commercial locality of Tecom. Needs some attention to the waiting time for the Lifts in the building.

Awesome place in the Heart of Tecom. Great parking facility and vallet services. Tower is cleanly maintained. Employees are provided with free good quality food and they offer free Gym and Pool facilities. Best and luxurious place to meet people.
