If you live in Damac 2 then this is a place you should spend all summer at. It’s beautiful, calming, kids friendly, lovey dovey friendly plus free parking and free entry and open from 10am to 6pm

Malibu Bay is the newest project to open in residential community Damac Hills, a development by Damac Properties. The 72,000 square foot area includes a man-made beach with its own wave pool, imported from Belgium, giving residents a spot right on their doorstep to relax, soak up the sun and listen to sound of waves.
The 24,700 square feet pool is the size of 1.5 professional hockey rinks, and has a gated area in the centre of the pool with a ball which plunges up and down to create waves. The California-inspired area has green landscape and palm trees surrounding the wave pool as well as graffiti artwork and surfboards integrated into the design.
“While the UAE has several artificial islands, I haven’t seen anything like the wave pool in Malibu Bay. It’s definitely unique and one of a kind. From a creative standpoint, you really feel like you are in California’s Malibu Bay, ” Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President of DAMAC.

The top spot for Damac Hills community. Very nice pool, with sand beach and waves. Very well managed and maintained. Good service, friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool Cafe. Gated facility. Good security standards.

Nice place, however, they lack the bar to have a few cocktails while sunbathing by the pool.

Looks amazing I am rating it 1 star not because of the community itself but due to multiple agent lying to us and telling us w0e can have access if we buy an apartment or duplex within damac hills.to everyone please be careful Damac is clear on the rules but unfortunately multiple agent abuse the truth

Damac Hills is a Beautiful community filled with Lush Green areas and well maintained Streets. Pleasently surprised to see such well maintained community. Malibu Beach is artificial beach inside the damac hills community -its secured and relaxing placce for the residents and nice attraction place for the new tenants.

The place is wonderful to enjoy the healthy envairoments and the golf court beside the green area which is the most all that with high level of securty.

I would like to ask,? Is this is free? We are leaving in cluster mimosa but our pool is not yet done so we can allowed us to come here and swim?

Malibu is a beautiful artificial beach inside Damac Hills Dubai only for the residents. A secured and relaxing place for family

It’s one of the best artificial beach in Dubai as it was the first one, also the people there are friendly and guards take care of guest
