This Hotel will in the near future be 10/10 for now there is still work going on, which doesnt affect the rooms or the facilitys. However even in the finished room we stayed in there were still quite simple things you wouldnt expect to be there.
Shame, however the view and staff and the near perfect overall was a very nice stay!

Generally hotel is wonderful! Great spacious apartments and amazing view from the pool side which is outside, the view is on the Khalifa Tower. For 6 days I was pretty sure that I will come back to this hotel, unfortunately everything has been destroyed by ridiculous charge for apparently damaged towel by my daughter who was eating ice cream and few bits/drops from ice cream dropped on towel. Lady at reception has charged me for that 50Aed. If I have more time I would take this towel to clean in 1min! Because i was running time i just paid and left with massive disappointment! Another fact is that staff at reception had no manners to say hello, good morning everytime we come down to lobby.
- as he had half board we had used the same menu (with choice of 5 meals) everyday by 7 days which is a bit long to eat the same.

- another bad thing is that unclear explanation of half board as one day we have been charged 100AED (for pizza at 2pm) and another day it was for free as HB.

In summary: hotel is well nice but unhappy with staff at reception who charged me ridiculous fine! Next year will look another hotel to stay.

This is honestly one of the most average places I have stayed at for some time. We had a horrible check in experience (which we complained about and went nowhere) but overall, this is not five stars by any means. The first day the cleaners forgot to lock the door so our apartment was left open, the electricity is dodgy as it burnt two different power adapters on two different outlets, there was no pay television during the World Cup, so we had to watch on a dodgy online stream. Rooms are outdated and pretty basic. There are so many nice places to stay in Dubai so was disappointed we ended up here. I would avoid!

Awesome location, great view on the Burj Khalifa from the pool. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Also the food served at the hotel pool bar was delightful.

Definitely would stay here again.

Very good location, pleasant staff. We booked a two bed apartment wich was very nice, but the balcony door to the bedroom didnt closed tight enough so every night we could hear every car passing by the hotel: (

Unfortunately, you booked to fountain view then the hotel refuse your reservation and they change it to downtown view.

I want to write a few words about the best five star hotel in Dubai. Rather, for me - this is not a hotel, this is my second home. Damac Maison Distinction is an apartment hotel located in the heart of Dubai in the Business Bay area. The best attractions of Burj Khalife and Dubai mall can be reached on foot in 7-8 minutes. Every time I return to Damac Maison Distinction, my happiness knows no bounds. And this time I was greeted especially touchingly and my bedroom was decorated with rose petals with the words - Welcome home. I did not expect such a rosy and warm welcome. Although, the hotel staff has repeatedly surprised me with surprises and decorated my apartment for the holidays. In this connection, I want to thank the wonderful and hardworking girls - Maya and Bimala. Now I want to talk a little about the apartments themselves. These are very spacious, cozy and stylish apartments that have everything you need for a comfortable, high-quality and long-term stay. I, as an interior designer, pay special attention to trifles and details, I want to note that Damac Maison Distinction has high-quality furniture, bathrooms with high-quality Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware, and the kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances. In conclusion, I would like to express my special thanks to the highly qualified, professional, responsive and friendly hotel managers - Mahrous Masoud and Peter Samir. Thank you very much for your hospitality, high service and quality maintenance.

Staff like Aslam & Salim are friendly people.
Disappointed part is that the hotel doesn’t deserve its cost compared to 100s of other hotels with lower prices. They need to work a lot to make it up to the standard.

انا دافعه 7000 عليه يعني حرام اتلقى هذي الخدمة وانا دافعه مبلغ وقدره عشان ارتاح مو تحترق اعصابي منهم!

شقة غرفة وصالة بلكونة ومطبخ صغير (فيه غاز وغسالة صحون وغسالة ملابس ادوات مطبخ وغلاية) نظيفة قريبه من دبي مول بجانب البرج فيه حديقة ومقاهي وسوبرماركت. جيدة للعائلات

من افضل الشقق الفندقيه الي سكنت فيها في دبي موقع ممتاز ويعتبر في منتصف دبي نظافه حفاوه في الاستقبال والتوديع خدمه سريعه جداً يستاهل جداً واكيد بكرر الزياره له

Stay here in this hotel for a week and definitely recommend 100% the service was great the room was make every single day on time and also all the team it was so friendly the view from the balcony it was unique. Also the location is perfect clothes from everything

Horrible. Not worth the price… non friendly staff, technical problems all over the rooms usb not working stove not working. Front desk staff not friendly at all once he answers the phone… asked for scissors 4 times they said the same thing every time they will check and call back or send someone up but never did. The Tv keeps on freezing the only nice person is the guy from Uganda at the pool side. The shower is tiny and has no way to protect from water leaking out just horrible …. Location is not bad it’s close to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall.

فندق مُصنف فندق خمسة نجوم وأعتقد ان السبب الرئيس في ذلك هو موقعه ومحتويات الغرف والشقق فيه من أثاث ولكن موظفي خدمة العملاء ليسوا مؤهلين بالشكل المطلوب وغير ملمين بعملهم ويحتاجون إلى دورات تدريبيه في فندقة خمسة نجوم عوضاً عن التأهيل اللي حاصلين عليه الان واللي اعتقد انه تأهيل فندقة ثلاثة نجوم

I had high hopes for this hotel when booking it and reading the reviews.

However, I was left in huge disappointment from the start to finish of my stay.

Firstly, I requested my room to have a baby cot 3 months in advance only to find out that this was not provided once entering my room.

Reception staff that checked me in and out were not friendly at all. Whilst checking out, I was asked how my stay was and I responded “it wasn’t great, could’ve been better”, the receptionist completely ignored my response and said goodbye. Receptionists need to be trained on etiquettes and manners for a 5 star hotel.

The pool was faulty throughout my stay and was always told that the engineers are working on fixing it. This meant I didn’t get to use the pool at all due to the water being too cold to get into. The jacuzzi went faulty too as the water was cold and had a bad smell.again was told it was being fixed.

The bathroom had a bad drainage small at all times and was a real put off.

For the money I paid for this hotel and the level of service provided, I will not be staying here again. This was more of a 3 star hotel to me. I would advise others to spend their money wisely and book elsewhere.

Although my stay wasn’t great, I would like to thank the concierge and room cleaning team as they were such great people trying their very best.

We were there from 22nd Dec to 26th Dec. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment on the 21st floor. The apartment was really good and had an amazing view of Burj Khalifa and downtown. But my bitter experience started when I checked out. I forgot to take a black Starbucks tumbler from my room when we moved to another Damac Maison nearby. We asked them to return our property as we were sure we didn’t take it because we just unpacked our stuff at the Damac Maison Mall Street. They denied everything and didn’t give us a chance to search the apartment. However, they told us they’ll inform if they find anything and still no response.

Nice place to stay at in Dubai. Excellent location just 10 mins walking to Dubai mall and the boulevard area. Rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are so cooperative. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel… Highly recommended.

It's really not like the pictures, the room and drawers had smells, there were cigarettes holes on sofa, I guess the 5 star thing is not everything these days.

My advice, check the hotel on-site before booking it.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Mahrouse from the reception team allowed us to check in 6 hours early and managed to upgrade us to an apartment which was very spacious. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk to Dubai Mall and the fountains.
On our last evening the housekeeping surprised us with a beautiful display of petals on our bed. Very nice touch - Thank you to Maya - Mohsin

The hotel is perfectly situated, a 5 minute walk from the boulevard and dubai mall. We had a minor hiccup with the booking whereby we weren't given the room that we originally booked and was told room types are subject to availability, however Ahmed on reception swiftly sorted it for us and by 3pm we were in the perfect room. Rizwan, the housekeeping supervisor and his team were very attentive and ensured we always had what we needed. All round a great hotel and roughly 20 mins drive in all directions to the main attractions and hotels, would recommend to anyone wanting to feel at home on holiday!

Lovely, elegantly looking posh place. Very near to Business Bay Metro Station. Maintenance and customer service are easy to reach. But exceptional when connecting calls to a hotel guest. You will be connected numerous times since Damac Hotels is now using one telephone number for reservations, inquiries, etc.

Excellent location and the rooms are very well equipped. However the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing.

We were a group of 4 ppl. 2 ladies and 2 men. We came for business and we didnt have a certain check out. We faced a very bad behaviour from
the receptionist mr Motas when we asked to extend our stay in the hotel. He was playing with us 45 minutes and he was ironic and rude. Finally he gave us 3 terrible rooms. We asked to talk to the manager and 10 minutes later we did it. We were explaining to the manager the situation and when we finished he asked us to go to the reception to fix the propblem. We thought that the issue was solved and then he asked us to explain again what happened. We were 1 hour trying to explain to everyone and we were so tired that we gave up our efforts. Next day we check out and change hotel.

An amazing place to spend your short vacation. Reception area is impressive. Valet Parking adds a value. Infinity swimming pool, Jaccuzi, gym, Spa makes it an ideal place to enjoy with family and friends. Most importantly it is in Downtown Dubai, and you can see Burj Khalifa from your room uninterrupted.

Very good hotel in general. Lovely reception area. Great view of the Burj Khalifa. Slightly small apartment but very central and clean. Nice pool area and playground for the children. Restaurant beside the lobby area with tasty food and not too expensive. Staff are nice.

اسوء فندق مر على حياتي. The Worst of the worst hotel i ever been

i booked in 30-7-2019 to 1-8-2019 for two night

i left early the room more dust, the carpet has some hair due to not clean, the kitchen its worst thing ever.its has bad smell like egg uncooked every where in the surface and refrigerator, i called room service to clean but they not clean any only used spray
So i decided to leave this hotel next day evening
reception Man was nice when i told that and called Waleed Alternate Director has told me and i was upset will retain money for 1 night to visa to Satisfied.i said ok, i have waiting one month and not get any, so i mad complain to there website. Afterthat i received call from Main Director has said there was problem issues in financial Management will fixed problem. 3 week more finished and money not
received

i received finally after 3 months period.its is not Honesty hotel and not recommended

Awesome stay, great views from the Burj view room and the swimming pool. The gents at the reception desk were incredibly nice and welcoming.

Nice modern hotel, very good view and nice pool. Very friendly staff, especially at the reception. We were very satisfied. Little things that have disturbed were made away by a lot of positive.we like to come back.

Be careful guys, behind the smiles are careless people, who sell you overprice properties, that bank don t want to finance, valuation coming 30%lower than the price, no customer service, they will screw you even more at handover, they will ask for a full year service charge ahead, of course no one would tell you that, while other developper give you years for free.their sales will even laught at your face telling you that you should buy from resale market! So follow their advise, don t ruin your life believing them, don t loose your saving at once!

I went to Las Vegas 12 times, stayed in the most fancy and luxury hotels.first time for me here in this hotel.all I can say is the best experience in my life.an excellent and great experience I have never had before.very professional, friendly and super clean. I would like to thank all the crew specially Mr. Samr, Mr. Ashraf and Mr. Amr made my experience more than AMAZING with their professional treatment.thanks again to all the worker here. رائحة الفندق تفوح بالعطر واهتمام كبير بالنظافة مع توفر خدمة صف السيارات المجانية للساكنين في الفندق، وخدمة تنظيف الغرف اليومية بطاقم متكامل منظم ومرتب وسريع، يتوفر في الغرف صندوق أمانات برقم سري تضعه بنفسك.

الاستقبال هادئ جداً وابتسامة في استقبالهم،
كان الحجز على جناح باطلالة على المدينة ولتأخر جهوزية الجناح قليلاً تم تعويضي بجناح مطل على برج خليفة، كانت إطلالة خيالية و راااااائعة
يتميز الجناح بأنه واسع والغرف أيضاً واسعة ومطبخ صغير ولكنه مجهز بكامل ما تحتاجه كمسافر
جهاز لصنع الاسبريسو ومايكروويف وفرن وثلاجة وغسالة صحون مع وجود غسالة ملابس وبإمكانك كي الملابس بنفسك، دورات المياه مجهزة بطقم جميل جداً للسباحة والعناية بالجسم

كما أنه يتوفر مسبح ومكان الساونا وصالة للتمارين الرياضية جميلة.

Deluxe hotel with most amazing service! Nice room design with decor from black and white movies. Rooms are great! Views are amazing. Hospitality on the top level. Damac Royale will make you feel most welcome and treated the best. Coffee and dates, juices, free water in the room, quick service, soft and whitest beds. Lots of good things here! People at the reception and people outside at the valet are highly professional and will do extra to assist guests.
Only disadvantage is that the room service is below average. If the food was delicious and the menu longer, I probably would have never leave this hotel. Also shampoo and body wash could have been upgraded. Well I bring mine personal care products anyway because I care of the shampoo ingredients.

Loved this hotel so much, the staff were amazing! Always helpful and friendly. We even received a free room upgrade as it was the first time at the hotel. Our room had an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa which I looked forward to seeing every morning and night. It's quite close to downtown Dubai (you can walk there) and it is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel.
