DAMAC Majestine

Terrible service by the owner. I got robbed of my initial deposit. When I moved in, the owner helped me to set up the WiFi and told me to consider it as a gift from the residence, while during check out he included that in the price of living and not recalling his words anymore.

Also, the AC was listed as free when I was moving in, nonetheless, the moment you decide to move out, out of a sudden it becomes an actual expense.

Definitely, would not recommend this place, terrible service, no understanding, bad customer service.

I had a disappointing experience at Damac Majestine furnished apartment. The high cost doesn't justify the poor conditions – it's not clean, lacks sunlight, and has an unpleasant odor. My apartment arrived without gas, and the broken AC went unresolved despite multiple requests. The management's lack of assistance and refusal to help with a simple request before my departure left a bad impression. Overall, a waste of time, money, and energy.

استغلال وجشع. خدمه سيئه. ان اضعت مفتاحك ستدفع. وان اردت مناشف نظيفه ادفع. لتنظيف غرفتك ادفع. كل مايريدونه منك هو المال
والتأمين الذي تدفعه عليك التحلي بالصبر لإسترجاعه وليس لديهم سوى القلق والأسف!

It’s a nest of all kinds of insects, especially the never ending medium sized flies all over the kitchen. Do not recommend here unless you like living with swarm of flies.

This is the worst building in Dubai! Worst stuff and worst rules that can exist!
The building and some apartments are full of cockroaches, the Ac is smelling so bad and once again, the stuff is the worst!
I was living in this building for one year, so many problems with the apartment during this year that I don’t wish someone will pass through that. All the time when we called maintenance, even if is their job to fix things around the house like ac or cockroaches, they were asking money always for this service. The stuff from the reception is rude, they don’t have the ability to solve a problem and they sometimes don’t pay attention to it.
We, as today want to move from this apartment, when I came down to the reception to ask about the ac some stuff, I went up to the apartment and the card was blocked, all our things in the house that needs to be packed and the security and manager and all of them don’t want to activate my card to go inside and to make our things done till the movers company is coming. So what we have now, a mover’s company that is coming to take our things but our things are not ready to be packed and we will be charged for the time the company will wait till this security will understand to open us the door!
Shaking from nerves!
My advice, if you want to live peacefully, you can do it but not in this building!
Worst experience once again!

Great nice building but i had an issue with the security,
And i notice many of the resident have same issue,
i called building managment they were so helpful then the security run after me to appologize!
so any one face any issue with security or any one work in the building or reciption better to call and you will get your right back.

Been a resident at this building for 4 years and I would say excellent job keeping the residents safe, I would like to especially commend the security team And Receptionist headed by Mr Ishtiaq in properly screening visitors to the building.

If you are not doing anything against the rules of the building, or the laws of Dubai, there is nothing to complain about as they are properly doing their job.

Damac is a bad reputation company but the building is nice, and high demand on his rooms. Security people are the worst ever!

Excellent location.
A beautiful building from the inside is a five-star hotel level،

As for my experience with the team, working from security and reception,

The Security’s staff doesn't object if the apartment papers are complete at the reception:)

Because of the excellent protection system for the Residences, and that's good for all.

Some reception staff need training.

And the rest is excellent

Awful experience, awful management, awful reception.
If I rented a flat in Karama, everything would be better by 200%, and without paying a fortune.
Awful service, they have you waiting for 3 weeks for an access key and send you warning letters because your delivery is left outside your door.
Not to mention that they left me outside my apartment because my flatmate was at work and couldn’t send them an email confirmation (FYI when asked at the reception they told her no need to provide them with my documents, and the same people that denied access se me everyday for 4 months now.
Disappointing, inhumain, unprofessional and rude.
It is totally not worth the AED 120K we are paying.

Horrible security team.specially if you are a girl.really rude. I would never recommend anyone to live there.u will be treated bad really.

I am writing this letter to inform you about the poor security service of your building Damac Majestin. I have been a loyal resident of your building Damac majestin Business bay I have received great service as a resident until recently, To my surprise, yesterday I received some very poor security service from your security agent. I think the purpose of security agents is to safeguard the residents and help them when they are in need. When I asked for help from the agent, he was rude and said he could not help and I should ask someone else for help, aside that he frausted me by keeping my personal belongings locked in the apartment since I decided to move out of the building as I can't continue to tolerate his rude behaviours.

Please make sure that the security agents are helpful to the residents in order to have a better reputation. I look forward to hearing from you.

Very bad Service from the securities and the managers they way they talk to the people they are not helpful I wish I can leave today
But I have another 6 months with them and for a 1000% I will not stay more

I wish some one can help and contact me because I have to much problems in this place

The service from Frank Porter at Majestine apartment was the worst experience during 2 years living in Dubai. Expect their service from bad to worse if you are planning to book here. You may be locked out of the apartment mid night because the key does not work, receptionist cannot help, they don't keep any keys with them, calling Frank Porter's number (24/7) no one takes the phone. Eventually you may sleep on the floor at the lobby or pay to stay at another hotel / apartment.

Very bad place for turist.its appartment you didn't get any service from there.and the took advance which they will not refund showing any clause. This is very much disaponted

كل شي جميل الملاحظه اذا دفعة التامين 1000 عن طريق الشبكه لا يرجع لك مباشره من خروجك يرجع لك اقصى مده 14 يوم الافضل ادفع التامين كاش. انا الان لي يومين الى الان لم يسترجع المبلغ والمفترض منهم التوضيح ل الزبون كذالك فيه ملاحظه تنظيف الشقه عليك يعطونك رقم شركة تتواصل معهم ويجون ينظف الشقه ع حسابك

I was reading a lot of negative feedback about multiple new DAMAC properties in this area. Now how do I trust this building is good in terms of MEP services, maintenance, management, etc.

A very good quality building. However it’s situated in between construction so it’s very loud there.
