DAMAC Properties

I am putting this note following the observation of the impossibility of being reimbursed for a sum paid by CB. In fact, what they do not tell you is that the reimbursement is conditional on the provision of a swift MT103 form which your bank will not be able to provide you because the card transaction goes through several banks and therefore your bank cannot does not have this exchange form.
I provided a document from my bank, the bank statement, a copy of the payment via the banking application.nothing helps, their customer service on WhatsApp takes care of making you go around in circles until you give up.
I'm just relieved that I didn't go any further with them, I lost €1000 but it could have been a lot more. When I see the method, I can only advise you to go your way.

Awful customer service and better to not have it at all in damac if you cannot respond & resolve queries of your existing customers

Rude personnel at JBR front beach marketing, one was very sarcastic while sitting on the bench next to the store and scrolling reels. Deserve better

I wrote through the app as you suggested – it didn't help. It takes too many days to answer questions by requests done through the app. And answers are not helpful at all - they are just referencing same functionality that is not working.

And based on the fact you answering here with the same template answer - you don't care about customers at all.

Damac / LOAMS - never again.

To the attention of investors: the construction of Damac Safa One and Safa TWO is worth it. To a direct question to update information about the status of construction, they go unanswered, thrown out of chats, ignored. This confirms the fact that Damac transfers money from new projects to old ones, and creates a financial pyramid.

The worst ever idea is to buy ready property and have plan to give it for rent. You will wait your key half year minimum and this time Damac will use your apartments, for which you already paid 100%, for themselves and give for rent out. You will call customer service, visit “Happiness Center”, raise requests in Damac app but no one will follow up with your complaints. To get title deed also a big issue. Once you submit snags report they will not work on it so nothing will be changed in 30 days. In the end you will receive your property with not working fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. At the same time you have to pay service charges and ISTA or Empower but keys from your apartment will use some tenant who live there while damac sending you endless apologies for delays. Handover team in general is useless department. Assigned manager simply will not answer your calls and messages. I put one star in this review but it’s too much already for this kind of experience. Wish I can put -5 stars.

Don’t every buy anything from DAMAC properties, they are liars and they don’t care about their customers, they just care to sale they bad bad properties or services

It is a nightmare to deal with property management, I moved to the flat 2 months ago and I still don't have even the login details … what a shame

THESE PEOPLE ARE SHARKS! I stopped by their office as I was interested in buying an investment in Dubai. They seem like nice people when you meet them but after you leave THEY HOUND YOU. They call me two times every day even though I told them I am not interested anymore. STOP CALLING ME

Been in UAE for over 20 years, never ever have I thought a building could be such a nightmare to live in!
Last week alone we were stranded in the lobby for 9 hours, because all elevators were flooded with water - SECOND time a pipe breaks in two months!
Three elevators to manage a twin tower, and every week at least 1 breaks for four days!
Terrible maintenance & terrible management, no sense of safety or security in this place, they pretend they care, but super cheap when in comes to keeping basic facilities working.
Cleaning is super bad, dirt can stay in your floor for days!
They had an amazing security team before, lost them and hired a gang of employees who cannot even bother greet you back when you wish them a good morning! It’s like they completely avoid you and eye contact, and spend the whole day roaming around and chit chatting!

DO NOT RENT AND DO NOT BUY WITH THIS SUPPLIER!

If it will be possible to give ZERO star, I will give ZERO. This company do not have even sufficient balance to call clients and they just give a miscall to save money. And when you will call them to stop giving you miscalls, they will respond that you are the one who is calling them! It's obvious that they trained this way.

الان المفتاح معي ولكن الموظف يقول لي ماوصل سداد الدفعه الاخيره وبعد ما اثبتنا السداد رايح جاي للسعوديه وسكن الف مره وطيران وتعب وقلق
قال الموظف وصل السداد كيف لا اعلم مع العلم ان مكتبهم بالموقع واضح عنده كل شي ولكن المكتب الرئيسي لم يصله السداد
وبعد اثبات الدفعه بدأت بمشكله ثانيه ان الغرامات ما تسددت وعندي ايميل ان مافيه غرامات
بعدها طلعت بحجة لازم ننتظر
(إعمار افضل بكثير ومصداقيتها اكثر وتعاملهم راقي ومواقعهم افضل بالنسبه كإستثمار)
غير ذلك مصداقية المسوق لديهم (صفر ٠)
ذكروا لي مواضيع تسويقيه وفي النهاية تغير كل شي

Worst company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I have lived in 4 countries and been to over 30 countries. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all cost, you will regret it like I did. Despite all the negative feedback and complaints I heard about Damac I thought I will give them a chance since the apartment I was moving into was a 5 star hotel residence, how wrong was I. Zero professionalism, Zero customer service, Zero competency and even after escalations to their GM who confirmed via email their facility management team still managed to somehow mess up. AVOID AVOID AVOID

MOE Stand, 12May 22

Just had the most awful 30 seconds conversation with a real state person. After waiting for him to be ready. The person was unapologetic and rude. Asked dead end questions with no interest to make me want to continue - I had to stand up and leave.

The promoter was excellent, she managed to get me to sit down and was very enthusiastic.

DAMAC has the worst customer service in Dubai.

They also lie straight to their customer's faces. When giving false information or lying, their team will call from their personal mobile numbers and not the customer service number so there is no record of the conservation. And later they deny the whole thing.

If you are looking to buy a property, just avoid DAMAC.

عيب مصنع في فلل دامك هليز ٢. بعد الامطار علي دبي البلكونه ما تصرف مياه ويقولون لنا انه الضمان انتهي. بس هذا مو عيب استخدام هذا عيب في الاساسات وتصريف الامطار. للاسف دامك اتصلت واسهل رد لكم انه الضمان انتهي له ١٢ يوم وما لنا دخل

DAMAC & LOAMS - nightmare! Locking us out of the building, deactivating my parking card and stopping any deliveries to my apartment. Totally illegal and disgusting.

When you see a company with 2.7 stars rating that should tell you a lot about the company.

I'm not surprised by the amount of negative reviews people left.

1. Rubbish customer service
2. Maintenance team are useless
3. TERRIBLE quality finishes @ D2 Hills
4. Always have water leakages, AC issues, electrical DB trips.

And yet you wonder how does it even get approved to be liveable.

نصيحة لوجه الله تعالى. لا تشتري شقة او منزل من هذه الشركة التي تسعى الى الكسب بأي طريقة كانت. صدقاً ستندم كما فعلت انا؛ فلقد اشتريت في وقت واحد شقتين بملايين الدراهم على اساس كونهما فندقيتين ؛ ولكن عند الانجاز سلمونا شققاً مفروشة غير مصنفة من دائرة السياحة بأنها فندقية بمساحات اصغر ؛ وفي محاولة احتيالية ظاهرة ارسلو لنا كتابا بعد استلام الشقة يطلبون منا الموافقة على تحويل الشقق من فندقية الى شقق مخدومة بداعي تجنب الضريبة على القيمة المضافة وهذا كذب و احتيال كان يجب ملاحقة الشركة عليه لأن الشراء تم قبل فرض الضريبة. لا نقول الا حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل. اول ما سأفعله لدى توجهي الى مكة لآداء العمرة هو الدعاء بالقول: " حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل في هذه الشركة وأصحابها والقيمين عليها والصامتين عن ممارساتها وجشعها.

This people are not professional. I wanted to view Damac Hills 2 and the lady is telling me if I really want to buy she will show me of no she will not waste her time by picking me up and show me the project. That was ridiculous.

Don’t you ever deal with DAMAC THEY ARE THEIVES AND CROOKS.worst customer service.not giving you same shown layout. You pay for something and get something else.

Please double think when going for an interview with this organisation. Because they will invite for the interview when fixed some one else internally.

I don't recommend anyone to deal or buy any property from this company. I had a very bad experience with them since 2011 till now. They refuse to pay back the money I paid which was all my life savings $131,000 I have all the documents to support what I'm saying. Very dishonest, unprofessional staff, minipulating, I really really regret making the investment with them, I thought I was dealing with professional people, but I was really wrong.

Don’t buy from Damac! They show u something “show houses” and deliver u rubbish! If u already bought then my advise don’t pay Damac full amount before handover! Even if u r financing with the bank! Cuz once u pay everything they won’t rectify for u the issues coming in the snagging report! Again! Don’t ever pay full amount before moving in! Worst customer service ever!

One of the worst customer service departments I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no regard for anyones time and instead of trying to help they do their best to complicate things.

Never ever buy an Off-plan with DAMAC. Never ever trust DAMAC. Sooner or later you will regret it!

This company drops the prices of any property, give other buyers cheaper prices, with better payment plans and better units.

Terrible experience buying a property from Damac. Very kind before u purchase, then they ignore u after u sign the contract. They give u fake promises and show you very fancy luxurious photos of the property, and shock u with very cheap finishing and ugly furniture. Also they reduce the size of the property more than 7% of agreed area, and refund u peanuts! Still waiting for one month for them to contact me regarding pending issues!

Never attempt to deal with this Company! They are the worst in terms of customer service & commitment.they will contact you if they need a payment from you but if you have an inquiry or want to issue a simple NOC letter nobody will answer your emails or calls. I have never seen a call centre which doesn't pick up customer calls! It will take ages to get one simple request completed and your papers will get lost multiple time.worst level of professionalism Ive ever dealt with!

Worst service! No matter how many requests you raised and how many emails you sent, nobody call u back and reply your email, I really regret to buy damac peoperties.

My Issue with DAMAC
I have purchased a unit in DAMAC height project (Fendi Design) in April 2017 from an Exhibition done by DAMAC in Oman.
DAMAC sell me the apartment in Oman and they know that I am not a resident of UAE and therefore do not have any bank account in UAE and ever cannot create the current account according to UAE law without having a residence card.
The company (DAMAC) did not highlight any specific requirements during my purchase and even during my payment of the required deposits before the handover time.
Only during Handover which is also delayed toll April 2018 (as per reservation suppose to be on November 2017), DAMAC asked me to provide Bank checks from Local Bank.
I have tried all the ways to get a bank current account in UAE to provide the requested checks but there was no way to do this as all banks refused to provide my Bank account even when requested to be a joint account with other Friend living in UAE and already have Bank account in UAE.
Till date I did not get any other solution and DAMAC still insisting on their requirements and refused any other Proposals for providing them any other Grantee or checks from my bank in Oman.
I need somebody to help me to find a solution for this issue.
It is not fair that the company cheats me and sells the unit to me in Oman knowing that I cannot provide the handover checks in order just to sell and take my money then force me in either provide such requirements or pay the entire remaining amount in cash.

Not even a half star- They have a mobile number to call, and the answer will come from a rude voice saying "Aloooo" angrily as if you have woken him up, then hanging up on you if you ask "if this is Damac". How rude and nonprofessional! You can also try your luck on 971 4 373 2197 but no one will answer. In the time of IOT and AI, Damac still not reachable.

Worst service, never did anything as per their commitment. I will never recomend you people to anyone.
