I am writing as a concerned tenant of elite barbershop within damac smart highest, I have noticed several issues concerning the building's management that I believe need urgent attention.

Firstly, there have been ongoing concerns regarding the treatment of shop owners and security personnel. Instances of rudeness and a lack of respect towards tenants have created an uncomfortable environment. Building a harmonious relationship between tenants and management is essential for the success and reputation of your building

Additionally, it has come to my attention that there have been frequent changes in rules and regulations without proper communication or consultation with the tenants. Clear and consistent guidelines are crucial for us to operate our businesses effectively within the premises.

Furthermore, there have been instances where the management has not adhered to the terms outlined in the contracts we, as tenants, have signed. It is essential that both parties uphold their commitments to maintain a fair and transparent business relationship.

I kindly request that you address these concerns promptly to ensure a more conducive and respectful environment for all tenants within your building Open communication and adherence to the agreements in place are vital for the success and satisfaction of all parties involved.

I'm absolutely livid! I recently visited the salon for a haircut, and you wouldn't believe what happened! The security guard had the gall to rudely ask me to move my car away from the shop's entrance without any clear reason. Can you imagine? It was nighttime, and the entire building was vacant! To add insult to injury, they didn't even allow us inside! It's simply astonishing! Is this how businesses or schools operate.

During my recent visit to the property, I had the opportunity to observe a painting near the lifts, which greatly enhanced the overall aesthetic appeal of the premises. The floors were impeccably maintained, reflecting the diligent efforts of the property owners and the dedicated maintenance team. I would like to express my appreciation for the proactive action taken by both parties in ensuring the upkeep of the property. It is worth mentioning that my visit to the property was primarily for shopping purposes, and I was impressed by the vastness of the building and the ample parking facilities available. Additionally, the presence of a supermarket and various restaurants in close proximity further added to the convenience of the location. It is important to note that this property should not be mistaken for Damac Executive Heights. Furthermore, I noticed that the property also boasts a swimming pool exclusively for the staff, which is a commendable addition. Overall, I commend the property owners and the maintenance team for their dedication to providing a pleasant and well-maintained environment for visitors and occupants alike.

لا انصح احد بفتح اي مشروع داخل هذا المبنى بسبب عدم احترام أعمال المستاجرين والعملاء وتسبب في خسارة الزبائن التي تاتي لهذا المبنى للتسوق او للحلاقة وما شابه ذالك من خدمات داخل هذا المبنى الرجاء من الأشخاص المعنيين في إدارة هذا المبنى اتخاذ الإجراءات الازمة ووضع مدراء وموظفين يحترمون الاخرين وخاصة الزبائن التي تاتي وعندها سيارت يقومون بمضايقتهم واستفزازهم

LOCATION IS GOOD, NEXT TO BLDG THE IS BIG MOUSQUE, WHICH HAS PARKING ALSO, down of building, grocery, ladies saloon etc

Horrible experience to buy property from Damac, terrible service, super slow in everything.

The building is fine. But elevators give you headache. Really confusing for anyone who's there for 1st time.

The worst management I have ever seen. Unreliable, not accountable for anything. Rude. The only thing they are good at is collecting money. Don't expect anything else from this "Luxury Owner Association" (Damac) that is taking care of the building.

The building itself is good. But as you see in all the other comments, the elevator system is really a big problem. I can't understand the idea behind two lifts serving higher floor, two for lower floors and one cargo lift for all floors.
The lifts stop almost on every floor because people will just press it and press the cargo one.
It makes it really hard for us who work in this building. And believe me, many people here want the standard elevator system where all lifts serve all floors. That would be great.

Parkings are limited for staff parking. Lifts also take a lot of time waiting. Only 4 lifts for a 25 storey building is under numbered. Washrooms are alright but not the best possible.

I revisited property found painting near lifts neat floors proper maintenance. Appreciate the action taken by property owners and maintenance team.

We had office at 19th floor in 2014 at that time most of building was empty but well maintained. Later I found it got busier so there would be ques at elevator.

The building is poorly maintained, AC turned off in the hallways.he ceiling collapses due to high humidity. The toilets are always dirty, the doors of the stalls do not close. You can wait for lift 20 minutes.

Great security. Appalling building management, poor maintenance, shameful lack of wash room cleaning. SERIOUS ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH RISKS - BLACK MOLD IN PUBLIC AREAS AND SEWAGE WATER IN WASHROOMS - DAMAC SHOULD BE DEEPLY ASHAMED

Extremely unhygienic washrooms. No cleaning at all. Despite of complaining several times. No body even responds. This what DAMAC standards are. Stay away from this building.

Nice building but at peak hours the lifts are super busy. The access to metro is little far but bus stop is nearby

Parking issue here. Building has no parking for delivery and other services. Out side hard to get parking. All pay parking.

The offices are not the best but great and they have plenty of lift but still you sometimes have to wait quite long. The view from top floors is incredible.

Worst Receiptionis I have ever seen. She don't even care who is entering inside the building. She always use her mobile and she don't have any details of building maintainance.

I bought house from them but these people are not recommended at all as they never update me about the handover, always i have to ask about it and staff there working separately as the updates will never go to the second department, it is very big company but shame they don't have qualified systems and staff, even when you speak to them, you feel they will help but you will surprise that you just waste your energy with these people, i received so many survey and fill it, i though maybe someone will be interested to call me to improve the quality, but useless,
بصراحة شركة سيئة للغاية على كافت الصعد من موظفين الى سيستم الى اداريين الى اقسام, كل واحد شغال على خدا مافي اي ترابط بين الاقسام ولا بكلموا الزبائن على مستجدات المشروع, لازم انت تكلمهن وتتواصل معهن وبعدين بكوا الرد مثل الهواء لا بتشوفه ولا بتعرف شو صاير, المشلة انهم شركة كبيرة بس مافي حدا داير باله على اسم الشركة, يعني انت بتروح لعندن بضيفوكم شاي وقهوة بس معلومات ما بتحصل اي شي. عنجد شي بزعل لانه شركة كبيرة واسم سيء

Great location. Easily accessible considering you have 2 close by metro stations to the right and left of the sheikh Zayed road. Internet city metro and Nakheel metro.

We park de car level p3 and has to go level 3 a bit confusion twice we go up n down. Education Consultants

Very difficult to park and hard to find suitable locations with a very congested community. Hard to visit the locations. Parking in private lots is extremely expensive!

Good and clean building with the facility like nursery bar bar shop beauty parlor. 24hrs security
