The most beautiful building in business bay with amazing view, the stiff are cool and friendly.very close to Dubai mall and burj khalifa

No proper reception and those there very rude and dumb, worst building managment which constantly change, corridors are smelly cause of the food smell, no entrance in main roadall people shoes outside of the doors. Building look very dirty

Male jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna never work. Having been a resident for 9 months, couldn't catch it working.

Nice view, calm residents & hygienic tower. Finishes not up to Emaar but still good for Damac standard

I absolutely love my bright apartment and the facilities and the location on the canal, however it’s a shame that like most Dubai properties the walls are paper thin I can hear all the movement and noise from the apartment next door and above me which super annoys me. Even worst is that when the windows are closed you can still hear the bass and music from the clubs in D3 which I didn’t think about until I moved in or I wouldn’t have moved here. Such a shame as it’s a very nice building and the staff working here are lovely.

Very bad quality of construction with leaks allover. No one responds to complaints and only ask for service charges

Basically this building is okay to live in, Other residence do intend to put some vases and flowers outside their door, Neighbors are nice (Some of them), The lifeguard is not doing his job and hies in the male Washroom instead of monitoring the Pool incase of an emergency, The Gym is okay but seems damaged after Maintenance, Housekeeping staff were to abusive towards kids but now they seem to stay away from them, I would wish that the amenities were maintained,
