It's a office building also consisting of a pool. Lot's of shops at site including restaurant, kitchen, spa, pharmacy and grocery store you easily get rta buses just outside building which boards after every 5 minutes. Staff and management is very towards guest and costumers.

I Have Visited SK Jobs Way In DAMAC XL Tower. They Are Asking Me Money First And Saying That We Will Find Good Job For You. That's Not How The Good Organizations Work. Very Bad Service.

One star for parking and toilets in the ground floor.
The dirtiest toilet i have ever seen

The security guard don't allow guest to park their cars in their basement. Not friendly place to visit

So lovely for resident for quietness
Even for office due to its nearest to bus and metro. Very clean not forgetting view.

Though it's a business area. But the building is amazing and so magnificent. Dubai is a beautiful place to visit.

Wonderful office tower also has parking for visitors at a small fee, Shelters Real Estate is also in this tower on 22nd floor which a good reputable and honest brokers in Dubai, the tower itself has Gym and pool facility and the office has good views of Burj Khalifa.

Its very nice and clean building there is also prayer room rest room thts why i like that.its corner building but prblm is tht near have construction and visitor parking is available but each hour 5 dirhams.
