The worst Jewelry store ever in Dubai. Staff are very lethargic and lazy and non courteous to the customers. Beside the collection they have, seems to be very low standard, all Singaporean gold. Here I am talking about the Barsha Branch. I have visited them multiple times in the past many years, and surprisingly I get a bad service by the disinterested staff very time again and again. Never going to go there again. 1 Start because there is no option for 0 star.

I had a great experience with Damas jewelry with Vaishali. She assisted me and my friends in buying gold with great enthusiasm and great effort. We had some confusion in which is opt choice, wherein she helped us to decide and shared her thoughts on the good designs. Great experience and highly recommend for your customer service.

Ordered online, after 3 days I emailed them to check when I will received the items, but then replied that it was out of stock!

I have all my wedding jewelry from damas, entire family in dubai or back home or abroad buys through me. Have been to all branches and none is as bad as this branch. The sales person needs to learn behavior and manners. Fix their attitude first, then needs to be trained. I wont dare bring my family there. It will be a total embarrassment for me also to be associated with the brand who encourages their employees to be this way. There are more reviews below so it means i am Not the only one. Be it the indian sales girls or the arab guy. Atleast he does his job but they all look like they are doing us a favor and ate agitated and disturbed by our presence. They have no patience manner or etiquette. Never learn to smile interact or communicate. The rather be a jailer than a sales person. Utterly disappointed and it keeps happening so couldn’t help but finally write it.

Ones me and my friend went to the shop the sales person called Rafik approached us, we were on a quest to find a size 6 ring for my girlfriend.where we didn't find anywhere. He understood the requirements was very polite and knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable compared to others.

The ring resizing in most shops were 15-30 days process but in Damas it was 5 day process. In the end the sales person even offered a discount.

Have no idea where all the negative reviews came from.

I will give zero star. Zero customer service even they have more deisgns i wouldnt visit them again. I just silently observe how the guy was treating. He was busy in doing some non sense other stuff not attending me at all. Mam rings are there like u can go and see. On the other hand Tanishq sales man are quite professional they give respect and deal nicley showed me whatever i want even u didnt buy as i was checking desings but he took my number. Definitley i will go back to Tanishqe to buy

They have a very good selection on gold and diamonds (more on gold though), bought a pair for my wife's birthday. The store is nice and clean, they take proper care to sanitize everything before you try it on

The staff was very helpful, special mention to Ms. Shikha and Mr. Azeez who did a very good job in understanding our requirements and helping us select a good item.

I will be coming back to them and recommend this place. Great selection, pricing and customer service. 5 stars.

Damas has extremely low quality gold and had worst experience in buying. Within two days of purchase the chain got tangled and the pendant broke off. We were shocked to see this as we had specifically told them we need strong durable ones for daily wear. The sales man who had assisted showed least knowledge and many information he gave was obviously wrong and misleading. In spite of this when we went there to report, the support was very bad. Support was not given for exchange. We were put in a bad situation and never knew the quality was so bad in terms of items and support. Very disappointed.
