Dampa Seafood Grill

The food is so good and the cajun sause is the best sause i have ever tried in my life. It's a must to come here, and Jeff is the best server who always takes care of us.

I love the food and the service is amazing thanks to Kyle for his service and coolness very attentive and professional.

Best seafood since I had it in years.very tasty.pleasant and distinct flavor and clean.and with the handsome guy there name Alvin.the foods are more tasty

Very long waiting time on the waiting list outside, and we finally set inside and we had to wait more 2 hours between placing the order and having the food which was so cold and we were about to leave, i loved this place before but now they are taking much people inside than the restaurant and the staff can manage which makes them all confused!

When we received the order, it seemed the sauce was not enough. We had to order more sauce and pay for it. Then the taste of the food made more sense and it was lovely. I tried La Misa before and always go there since Dampa is always full. Bottom line, both are serving great seafood and worth trying.

Had a wonderful birthday celebration at Dampa with friends. Great food as always. The crew is friendly and accommodating. Shout out and special thanks to ACE for the legendary service and for the entertaining dance. Will definitely be back again. ️️️️️

This place definitely tops it on our seafood spots list. Feel good vibes and of course amazing food. It gets really busy with a constant flow of diners (groups and families) in and out, and the good seating inside is limited (be prepared to wait). Staff were friendly and handling tables well. Would definitely be visiting again soon.

Great place with upbeat music and friendly staff specially Kenn. Taste and quality of the food is also incredible. Can't get enough of this place. Really recommend you all to visit and enjoy. <3 <3 XD

The guy organizing the queue had preferences based on nationality.
My name was on the waiting list and when it was my turn, a local couple - not registered on the waiting list- showed up and they gave them the table that was supposed to be given to us.
We ended up eating in another restaurant called la Mesa.
I never expected racist behavior from the staff of Dampa but it seems like things has changed and it's clear that they don't want my money anymore!

Best food, best service all the kuyas were very friendly and helpful! There were so many people during our visit but ive never seen one who isn't jolly. What an energetic team they have!

I would really recommend Dampa. Kudos to the whole team!

A very popular and reasonably priced seafood restaurant, prepare to use your hands (plastic gloves provided) to indulge on the freshly cooked seafood complete with choices of seasoning and sauces. Whilst there's different dishes ranging from grilled, baked and fried seafood, one of their popular specialities is the boiled seafood that's sauced then dumped directly into paper sheets on the table.

The seafood was fresher and of a decent quality compared to some of their competitors with similar offerings. Flavours were also very bold, with the Cajun sauce we chose being borderline salty and left a strong garlic aftertaste.

There's indoor dining areas, as well as outdoor areas for the cooler months, but it can get quite busy with waiting times for tables during busy periods.

There's no dedicated parking, but there's RTA Street parking along the nearby streets, as well as a metro station within walking distance.

Service is good - friendly and efficient considering how busy they get.

I love this seafood.reasonable price and good taste. I totally recommend you visit this place during weekdays.weekend will be packed with people.

Visited this spot and truth be told I was disappointed, firstly shrimps were super cold and wasn’t cleaned up, we had to call the waiter at least 4times before we got attended to.
Secondly I suggest you guys at least have some sort of internet connectivity for your guest, I mean if the service will be slow we can at least kill time with our phones.
Thirdly I know you guys have a good footfall but please and please your waiters needs to understand that at every time the guest should feel the hospitality at full.
Overall experience today wasn’t worth our coin. I hope you guys truly consider some improvements.

Worth every penny and every queue. Eat less rice for a guilt-free dining experience if you're health conscious or on a diet. I just wish they offer other types of rice and not only white rice.

Dampa was one of my favorites up until yesterday. Went in for dinner yesterday in expo branch and the experience was horrible. One of the crabs tasted like amónia and complained straight away about it, the server took it away and didn’t say anything and brought a pan full of crabs afterwards. Well, you go in for seafood and you find spoiled fish the last thing you want is to eat more! In the end asked for the bill and told that I was very disappointed as no even an apology for the bad crab or at least a discount. They told me they couldn’t do a discount and that they had given me a brand new plate which I never asked for. For sure not coming back, you go for seafood you expect nothing less than fresh fish. Very disappointed in how everything was handled, very bad service.

Very good seafood, a bit weird for a European to eat with your hands (wearing disposable gloves of course) but oh so delicious.
They are quick, good and above all cheap!
They have the biggest mussels I ever ate by the way.

This is my absolute favorite seafood restaurant. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Kenn is great and always efficient, happy, polite and his very accommodating:). I have to say I enjoyed every bite of their Cajun seafood. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat seafood in Dubai.

I went here with my Arabic friend, and he was so excited, he really likes the cajun seafoods. It's just a bit pricey but I guess the taste will make it worth it. We will definitely come back.

My Favorite Seafood Restaurant in Dubai. Five Star is not enough to rate this place, they exceed. The Cajun Spice is the most favorite seafood feast flavor in this restaurant and it is no doubt the tastiest and most requested. Recently, I tried the other dishes in the menu and I really liked the Salty Shrimp Eggsperience and the Baked Mussels and now they are my new other favorite to order in Dampa. The serving portion, the presentation, the quality, the food taste is consistently done all through out the years and even gets better and better. Whenever I bring in friends to try they would testify that it is the best and they kept coming again. This restaurant can get really busy during meal hours and people do not mind waiting to have a taste of the best. The staff are always friendly, accommodating and I observed the team work & team spirit amongst each other. They have an indoor and the outdoor setting is great especially during the months of cool lovely weather in Dubai.

I love your food and ambiance. I always go there. But I'm giving you 3 stars because the toilets are not clean, sinks are not clean, you don't provide tissues to dry hands after washing and most importantly, in such restaurants where people eat with their hands, you need to provide sensor type mixers for the water tap.
Other than the above everything is good

Food is awesome BUT the waiting staff during Ramadan has no apparent queuing system for waiting customers. A complete cluster and I find them abrupt and lacks customer service

Food it's OK but it's in small portions and the waiting list is big when your fasting so u easily get hangry

Fantastic seafood, the Cajun prawns are so well marinated they melt in your mouth. The grilled calamari and fried calamari are good portions too, unlimited rice and a massive drink mean you won't be walking out - but rather rolling out. Outdoor seating recommended!

Amazing place, best seafood with the Cajun sauce and rice that I had during my stay in Dubai. And the atmosphere is very chilled too, I highly recommend to all the seafood lovers. It is very value for money as well

A must try seafood restaurant. Rice is unlimitted, shrimp, shells, crabs are being cooked deliciously. Do not miss this.

It tastes similar to Kickin-Kajun, Hawaii's favorite restaurant. If you like crabs, order a set menu. If you don't, I recommend you to order a single one rather than a set menu. If two people eat together, we might as well order kajun mussel, kajun shrimp, kajun corn and drinks. Oh, the rice is free, so keep that in mind.

Oh man! Cajun shrimp, "Rockefellar" Oysters and unlimited rice? You cant go wrong with that on any day of the week! This place got it right. Sitting can sometimes be a drag to wait for but it is worth it. Go and dine here.

A restaurant which is always full and you see people from every ethnicity means there's quality which is attracting people. I loved food there and staff is very friendly

The flavour was ok, but the hygiene is very bad, there was cockroachs on the table running all over while there is a food on the table, I asked for salt, they got me salt in a cap of bottle from kitchen as they don't have saltcellar!
the price is high comparing to the volume of food they served in each meal!

When you're craving for seafood, visit this place. You can eat comfortably with you hands - no plates and utensils. I recommend the cajun sauce and mojito drink. If you're a group of three, a boodle-fight is a perfect serving.
