You have a guy name Adam in your festival plaza branch.he is very rude and does not fit on selling flowers. I'm trying to ask him if he can do flowers for me worth 50dhs but he is insisting on those ready made. I told him that i want with sunflower, but then instead he told me that their sunflower is old.i ended up buying a simple arrange flower. He's different from those previous guy who were there.

I visited this store in nakhil mall in dubai cause i wanted to buy balloons for my sister. At the very least the service was terrible and the salesman was rude and didn't really want to help me with the choice. They advised me to inflate a large transparent balloon and many smaller ones. But when they inflated the big balloon, it came out ugly and crooked. Moreover, circumstances were such that I didn't need the balloons anymore. I assumed there was nothing wrong with that, because they only inflated one balloon that looked defective at all. But they wouldn't let me go. I agreed to pay for it, they spent about 5 minutes discussing and calling somewhere and then they announced the price of 115 dirhams. Of course I was very surprised and said it was unreasonable and said I wouldn't pay that kind of money for an ugly balloon. However, the vendors and some man, apparently the owner of the place, would not let me go and demanded 115 dirhams. I was in a hurry and had no energy for conflicts, so after a long discussion they said that I had to pay 50 dirhams and then I could leave. In my opinion this price was made up by them right on the spot as they wanted to deceive me because they could see that i am just a young unprotected girl. This whole situation really upset me. I will never go back and i hope that no one will ever be treated this way.

V poor quality flowers at sky high prices. Roses died in less than 24 hours. @Nakheel mall- Poor service too.

Their service was horrible. They lied to me and delayed my order for almost half an hour. Also the product they gave me did not have a nice finish to it
