Very excellent service. Staffs are cool and good behaviour. All the products are available

I did review them a while a go with 2 star rating, but unfortunately they are getting worse with time totally rude and unhelpful sales team stupid to the extend that they actually lied about an item i needed to buy, there excuse was that the item is out of stock but, i knew it as one them was acting strangely funny, when i walked out of the door i called them by phone and asked about the same item and the answer was yes it available.

I Bought shoes closet from danube then in the same day after they delivered it
While im moving the closet to clean under it it broken

I called the customer service they said the warranty will not cover because it is broken because of me

How is the closet can be broken because of someone if it not so low quality

Even 1 month ago i Bought plate set when it came 1 plate was broken i called customer service they said we can not change because i open it
How i will know if it is broken without opening it

Last time buying from this company they have fake warranty only to scam people with their low quality products

And sometime you call them they said that they are busy and they close the phone

Staff is very bad they are behave very bad worst all time it's disgusting

Good product, worst staff totally no skills on communications or dealing with customers.

Very bad service in their branch near Salah Al dine street.
