Danube Home Shaikh Zayed Road

I ordered from their shop online and the item arrived faulted and they used tape to hold it in place. I raised a complaint and they come back after two weeks to tell me there is no more stock of the item. They also offered to fix it with removing tape and using silicone.very poor quality and customer service.

Bought a (L shape) 4 seater sofa from Danube home SZR branch and it started to lose it stitches.it did not even lasted for a month since it was delivered at our home. We bought this in Ramadan sale, actual price was 3500 AED +. We are trying to contact danube call centre for replacement/refund as we cannot visit store due to COVID but no response yet. Very very upset with the quality of product and service. Looking forward to get it replaced.

(We have been buying home furnishing stuff from home centre and we never faced quality issue, this was the first time we purchased something from Danube and we are regretting it)

Disappointed service was un professional I went to Sharjah brunch to buy a TV stand and they told me to go to Dubai brunch and when I arrived there they told me not available and should wait 4 days and they refused to sell me the display model

A good furniture store, prices are really worthy and prize scale is less compared to the other furniture stores. Parking is limited but its not much crowded usually

The displays are extending the opportunity for look and feel of what you want to get. Really recommend if you are looking for home decor, bathroom, lighting, ornaments and gifts. Also a vast collection for outdoor.

I bought what is supposed to be high end garden furniture, and after days of use the wood started cracking and it is not even summer season yet. I am disappointed in their products and even more disappointed in their mediocre service and support.

Tried to purchase wooden floors couple of times, and after wasting our time in measurements and pricing, prior to installation we receive a call that there is no stock any more! Not recommended for construction materials.

This store is a big one! With a lot of selection and good for when you want to build your home or do renovations from scratch. They have all the materials to choose from and nice bathroom designs.
They also sell products from other companies like stuff to filter your shower or smelly defusers for your home.
With 2 floors jam packed of home things, it's worth a visit if you need to get something unique for your home

One of the worst companies in dubai i bought a tile from u and the delivered half the material and the other still i didn’t receive it yet. First time ever in my life i see such service! VERY BAD VERY BAD VERY BAD SERVICE AND ITS NOT RECOMMENDED IT AT ALL!

Very bad staff with almost no knowledge of what Items they have we came 2 times to buy something they claim they don’t have and it is right in front of their faces on the shelf and when I asked for the manager on duty the cashier was very rude to me claiming no one is Incharge and I can’t complain also I gave her 500 aed she said the company don’t have money for change, when I started to be stubborn then she found change
I am very disappointed from this company level of training and their unprofessional employees

You choose what you want but they’ll sell you what they want after you buy at home you find different item, if you call them they’ll newer pick up there phone it was last time I visit this shop

Never on time on top of that they came and showed 0 respect. Never seen something as bad as this, very unprofessional team and inaccurate manufacturing. IT IS HORRIBLE.
