I really love my experience of this boutique they’re having lot of nice collections of flowers and their prices are beyond I love it

I ordered a Xmas tree and also asked for the Tree decoration service.

Lynn was quick to arrange all and I ordered at 5PM and by 10 AM the Tree was home and decorated and to a very high standard.

I’ve been ordering all the Personal, Private Gathering, events, and Company arrangements from them for mostly 3 years now and I’ve never been disappointed, they always exceeded my/our expectation! I especially love how easy and very convenient it is to order flowers with them, very responsive in WhatsApp and even accommodate us in short notice, not to mention late at night and emergency cases. These guys have saved my A55 many times in the past with their amazing customer service and quick delivery times. But not only that, I genuinely believe they have the best quality flowers in the whole of the UAE, much nicer than the conventional stuff you get at many other places. They are a company that genuinely cares and I applaud them for that.

First time i ordered flowers to be sent to our clients and gave them my budget. I thought with the small budget that i have in mind, i will have this small bouquet. Not expecting much. When they sent me the photos, i was surprised! A big bouquet of lovely flowers indeed. Needless to say, i ordered another one with the same budget. And they never disappoint. Highly recommended! Just give them your budget and they will take care of the rest.

My hubby usually orders flowers from other unique places but he decided to give Darcey Flowers a try for our special occassion and to my surprise, I wasn’t too happy with the quality of flowers that were sent by the Darcey Flowers Team. Upon addressing my concern to them by sending them photos, videos and a request for refund, they tried to convince me they are fresh, but I have evidence it’s old, they then offered to replace them but if the team at Darcey Flowers has already spoiled the surprise and experience once, we don’t trust to reorder from their team ever again. And does your team really expect me to sit at wait for a replacement? Everyone has their own schedule and don’t have time

It was a special Occassion and it’s rather pathetic that the management of Darcey Flowers wouldn’t understand that it’s all about the First Experience and Last Experience, and the customer service has highly disappointed us today and the management has definitely ripped us off the entire experience.
