Fish Thali & Chicken Thali simply delicious, loved it. Even the chai was good. Must visit for mangalorean cuisine.

Quantity of curries in the thali is very very less for the price. Veg restaurants are providing more quality and quantity for the less price… Need improvement

We have not been to the restaurant but ordered food thru noon. The taste of the food is awesome. We enjoy eating mangalorean and Goan food. We ordered Chicken Kundapura and Chicken Urval and to our surprise both were delicious.we definitely want to visit the restaurant and dine in there so that we can have choices to order which is difficult thru online.

The restaurant smells of fish market as soon as you enter. Also the food is even more worse. Chicken curry has no taste. Fish curry is bad. Seafood is not washed properly before cooking. On top of that overpriced for the quality and quantity. Because of the famous name went there but was a total mistake. Don't know how he is he still open. There are much better mangalorean restaurants. Better to pass this place and go to the other famous one then regret later.

Dasaprakash speciallizes in good mangalorean food. Being a mangalorean here in dubai, we crave for good mangalorean food. Dasaprakash is a place which caters to all good authentic karnataka food. They also have manjol da irre da adde, bayake big chakli etc occasion wise food if pre-ordered.

I think the best food i tasted here was marwai pundi. A must try.

Yesterday we visited with our family for dinner and food was not good we order fish masala fry and it was half done when we inform there is no action taken

I’ve been living in Dubai for well over six months. I was literally craving for Kori Rotti and Chiken Curry. After googling many Mangalore Restaurants, I got a chance to visit Dasaprakasha Restaurant in Karama.
I ordered Dasaprakasha special thali which is of 38drms and I got exactly what I was craving for. Mind blowing food experience. Authentic Namma oorudha (Udupi) cuisine.
Steward Nagesh was very good at his service.
Totally enjoyed the food and highly recommended.

I ordered veg thali on 13 May 2022 I received a fish in it not recommended to any vegetarian customer

Today we visited Das Prakash, Karama for the first time after reading reviews online and seeing posts of friends on FB and Instagram. We ordered seafood thalis and one veg item. Since we couldn't finish the food we asked them to parcel the clams sukka (marvai sukka). When I heated the same for dinner I found one closed clam. When I tried to open it what I found inside it was pathetic.see pics 2 and 3 for details.yuckkk.won't visit this place again.won't recommend it to anyone.seriously how can you be so careless specially with seafood which needs proper cleaning?

I must agree they have one of the best Mangalorean seafood dishes. I enjoyed the marvai pundi and naatikoli sukka with neerdosa very much. They have lot of varieties on mangalore local seafood. Give a try if you really like Mangalorean food!

Not good at all, Food is very salty. Staff is not accepting the feedback. Ordered masala papad, fish fry and soup. Over salted. Not recommended for mangalorean food lovers.

One of the finest if you are planning to have Karavali cuisine in Dubai. They have a different variety of seafood which has authentic taste. Hygiene was well maintained and the hospitality of the staff was amazing.
Must try the special king fish, bombay duck, and prawns red gravy along with the dosa which was very fine and tastes amazing.

They have affordable lunch, dinner, breakfast meals. A fish fry is a must try.

Pretty good. Pricing is reasonable and taste is also ok. I actually liked their rasam, as I just tried their meals the other items no clue.

One of the finest if you are planning to have Karavali cuisine. They have renovated the place with new management, owner Dinesh was very friendly and humble. He added few of the items prepared by his wife as she is very authentic in getting out few of fish dishes.
Food was yummy and very authentic and fish lovers here is the end for your craving.

This restaurant turned to be a gem. Food is as good as it gets. Some of the most delicious mangalorean dishes. Best day to visit ofcourse is Friday to have their noon veg thali which is served on a banana leaf.

If your from Mangalore and want to turn some typical Mangalorean food. Then must visit. When you enter the restaurant you might feel place us small and cozy but I guess the prices and food quality makes up to that.

One of the best Mangaloren hotels in Dubai. Parking will be a problem. The food was so yummy i must say. We ordered, Kingfish (Anjal) fry and Sardine fry and Kundapura chicken. Felt like the fish fry was melting like a butter in my mouth. It was one of the best I ever had so far. Kindly note that here they fry fish in coconut oil. It was properly cooked, Masala's are yummy and tummy friendly. Most important, Fish was fresh, you can feel it.
Rates are pocket friendly. Worth for every money spent.
It's a small hotel, but very cleanly maintained.
A must visit one if you are a Mangalorean food lover

Nothing can beat the hot steaming semmige (semiyeda adye) served along with chicken curry. Wow loved it. I visited it may be after 6 years. Was worth the visit.

If you want try Mangalore based food. DasPrakash is the best place in dubai, after a long time I visited Das Prakash restaurant with my family. We tried Das Prakash special kingfish fry similar taste like Hotel Narayana mangalore.

The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. We highly recommend it. We enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Dasprakash Restaurant. Their Gadbad ice cream is Amazing.must try.

DasPrakash Restaurant has always been my go-to restaurant for mangalorean food.with a recent change in management, and as it seems the chef too. The quality and taste of the food has become just amazing. This was the most authentic Mangalorean food I had since a long time. It tasted like home cooked food and was a really pleasant surprise. A lot of authentic Mangalorean dishes are available here and the Friday breakfast buffet is the icing on the cake. For good south Indian food and specifically Mangalorean food, this is indeed one of the better options in Dubai.

Very bad experience. I ordered fish thali. They didn't bother to chk which kind. They taste of whatever came was horrible. Years back the old owner had good food.

A mangalorian restaurant, value for money and do try the morning buffet breakfast on Friday, the mangalorian bun is too good. Would suggest they reduce oil in the food.

Good place to have delicious typical mangalore style veg and non veg dishes. Butter milk served in typical glass made of clay was so nice.

Buffet breakfast is very good. Hot poori, buns and sheera was amazing. Go here if you miss Mangalore breakfast. Excellent for your pocket
