I had purchased 6tb Exos from them back in December 2020 and one of them had an issue. I had already left the country. Lets just say they miraculously managed to get that drive replaced.
I am genuinely happy and will be working with them for all my storage solutions in the future. They really held up their end of the bargain and went beyond it to provide a great service for which I am very grateful.

I precleared all the 6 drives that I have and they are all working great. And I know anytime I have any issues with the drives a really professional team will help me resolve that issue. Definately check out Data care and their products guys. I will be back for more.

I wanted a efficient low powered build and I can upgrade the components in the future as required. So far even with the small 2 core processor it's working great for my needs. Copied tons of files over wifi and lan without any interruption.

Datacare is one of the best solution providers I have come across in years. The staff are helpful and also have good technical knowledge. The management waste zero time in finding solutions to problems. And somehow they manage to do all the above and still deliver best prices!

Datacare is a shining example of how a shop selling IT products should be run. Excellent website, excellent staff and great prices! And last but not least management who care that customer is satisfied.

I judge businesses by how good they are at dealing with problems when things go wrong and how far the business will go to fix the problem. This is where Datacare wins! Most others will just ignore you and hope you go away.

I recently bought Asustor Lockerstor 4 AS6604T NAS from DataCare with 16GB (recommended was 8GB by Asustor) and 4x8TB, with 2x2TB M. 2 SSD. I was skeptical of the extra 8GB RAM (even though many reviews showed that it worked!) and a narrow list of compatible M. 2 suppliers. DataCare was considerate and kind enough to verify/test the unit with enhanced configuration in their lab ie.before I received it at my doorstep. I couldn't have asked for a better deal. 3 Cheers and "Thank You Mr Jain and entire DataCare team". I am very happy with the unit and with the professional team at DataCare. A big 5* says it all.

Ordered a Synology RackStation NAS late on Sunday afternoon, these guys had the best price I could find onlinei. I received the invoice and link for payment only an hour later after they confirmed stock, and a call at 9am Monday morning for delivery which arrived just before 10am. Exactly what I ordered, new and sealed, perfect! They even followed up with a call to make sure everything was working and to offer support if needed! Wow! I had a problem with my Synology NAS after a burst water pipe. Contacted Synology support and they informed me to get in touch with my local dealer, DataCare for an RMA.
DataCare took care of everything from there, it took three weeks to receive my repaired NAS back. Communication and details with DataCare have been excellent throughout the process. I’m really happy to have used them for my hardware purchases and will continue to do so in the future.

Very good after service. I have few times problems with connection my Qnap NAS storage back to network when I change apartment. I send request email to help me out and in few hour i receive a call to fix issue remotely. Ayaz was super helpful and usually fix issue in no time.

I am very disappointed with the service. After a promised delivery by 11 am, I had to call and follow up on my order. The sales rep Shandar promised to give me a call back to check on the delivery status, which never happened. When I finally called him, he sheepishly laughed and admitted that he forgot. I now get the information that the delivery will be around 4.30 pm to 5 pm. Nothing is happening. I called the driver and he always tells me half an hour by the latest 6 pm. At 6 pm I make another follow up to be told that it will take another half an hour. The driver had to go somewhere else yet again. Is it because I am a woman that my order is of such low importance to them? ! Worst of all, he needs to ask for my details again, which I had already provided twice. The service is very poor and I will make sure to place my orders elsewhere next time.

Parking was difficult to get but they had the lowest price on Wacom Cintiq 27. They also suggested me to buy the ergo stand which was not in stock. They delivered next day to me with cash on delivery so I didn't have to visit them again. Glad I bought it because this unit is difficult to work with without ergo and wacom has decided not to bundle it.
