I can see many positive reviews for this place, however my experience was not as I was expected. I consider myself as being fooled by them.
I have approached this place to apply for my family visa (AUH Visa). Unfortunately, I didn't know what are the current prices and didn’t check with other agencies so just relied on their honesty. I have paid in total 4,600/- for both my wife and child including 350/- for my wife’s medical. I also remember asking them if other agencies charge the same amount which they confirmed. After I have left the place, I realized that the medical is only 250/- in Abu Dhabi. When I asked, why was it charged 350/-, reply was “because of the government charges”. There is no any government charges, 250/- is the amount which includes everything. I am sure they knew it, but wanted to charge me more because of my unawareness. After my request, they agreed to return 350/-. We have just paid 250/- in SEHA. Since they tried to fool me with the medical, I decided to check whether for other transactions I was charged current market prices. I realised that for each transaction, I was charged more. I have checked with other agencies, and the total amount was around 3,900/- for both. They charged me extra around 350/-.
My advise is always to check with other places to compare the prices as you might be ended up by paying much more as me.

The guy sitting there don't know Arabic.only telling to everyone that they know everything.type wrong words on letter head and after telling that give me another letter pad, just because no checking and talking with each other or on mobile.after second time make again mistake and after said I don't know Arabic.
Like they are just sitting there and playing with original documents.

No one confirmed. Just print and give me. I am the one who notice after they explain about licence. Anyway.
