My experience with Design Boulevard was amazing from the first introductory call. I was planning to celebrate a milestone birthday and I knew I wanted it to be fun and memorable but also elegant and beautiful. I didn’t know what budget I need to allocate or how I should go about organizing everything. So on the first call, Qurat advised me on how to use any budget I have (don’t waste it on the venue!). Once I found the location, Qurat and her team took my vision and my budget and translated it into an amazing decor. I received so many compliments from all guests. Even the DJ said that was the best stand she ever had.

I remember reaching out to Qurat (Owner and Director of Design at DB Events) during a very stressful period. We had a family wedding in just a couple of days and our existing wedding planner had let us down, leaving us with a very short time frame to find a company that could organise a beautiful and magical wedding experience for a lovely young couple.

I began talking to Qurat on Whatsapp and I explained our position and requirements. Qurat gave me her full attention and listened to all I had to say. I emphasised that we wanted a tropical theme with beautiful light and colour whilst maintaining an elegant and sophisticated appearance. Qurat fully understood the requirements and did not hesitate to ask more questions to ensure we were both on the same page. That very same evening, Qurat and the team were already at work, designing and preparing for the wedding. What I especially liked about working with Qurat is that she will always make time to speak even if it is early morning or late in the evening. I think this is a testament to Qurat’s character and shows that she genuinely wants to make the best event possible and will do whatever is in her power to make it happen.

The result was a beautiful and gorgeous wedding with a dazzling assortment of tropical flowers and decorations. The lighting was especially unique with a greenish hue that felt a bit like a tropical rainforest. The tables were laid beautifully and one could tell that each detail was carefully thought out.
