DED CAFE

Have done the visit on 13/11/23 as on my previous visit ded cafe representative done a mistake, so I had to come back again.
However I was shocked when while payment cashier took my cash payment and put to his wallet, while using his credit card to complete my invoice.
He haven’t taken a permission for it, looks fishy.

Hamed Albloushi truly went above and beyond with his attentiveness, answering all of our questions, and providing such encouraging support. He really made sure we understood all the benefits of the license, both now and in the future. It's fantastic to have someone like him guiding us through the process!

Mohamed Al Ali was so helpful and kind, and very quick! This is my favorite DED café for all my business transactions.

Visited DED today and was so disappointed at the level of respect and care from the individual who we spoke to. She was most unfriendly, almost to the point were she did not want to help or give us all the information we needed. It felt like we were an inconvenience being there. Very disappointed.

Disappointing… I regret going there I should have open the license myself online. But I came to DED cafe because I thought it is better to open with professional help and I was so wrong! The employee doesn’t provide correct information, the information provided was wrong. Then he makes a mistake in licence Application (he added extra 000 to shares value). After he asks me to come again next day and to pay again the initial application fee. I paid twice 120 aed because of his mistake. Then he starts the application again and puts wrong Main activity and wrong name! I noticed that the name is wrong. Then he corrects the names but he didn’t correct the Main Activity.
I am very disappointed and at the end when I ask for change of the Main activity the employee says No and says he did the license and it is not his problem anymore, and “go try to complain nobody will believe this is my mistake”.
I spent 3 days trying to make Instant license which is supposed to be in 10 minutes. And still it is not 100% correct.

Since they kindly taught me how to set up a company in Dubai, I didn't need to use any other services for it with extra cost. I recommend DED CAFE, especially Huma who was in charge of my procedure if you are thinking of settling up a company in a smart way.

I recently visited Ded cafe, a government services center, to obtain an Etrader license, all the staff were so jolly and polite, and I was extremely impressed by the level of service I received from Mr. Ibrahim. His professionalism and willingness to help exceeded my expectations.

He patiently walked us through the required documents and procedures, answering all our questions and concerns along the way. Professionally managed. All staff very cooperative and efficient. I suggest that, Ejjari office counter be introduced in the center to save waiting time for customer.

Very unprofessional, they don’t give proper information, working with the mood, he has a mood he will accept customers, doesn’t have a mood will say I don’t work, or the system doesn’t work.
Specially the department of Tasheel where they have a staff named Mohammad Mossa. He doesn’t provide normal information about the documents. I’m asking what documents should I provide he is playing with legs while sitting and saying “ maybe certificate maybe no, I don’t know”.
This is the answer of the staff who should provide proper information to the customers in order to do the documentation.
I don’t recommend them at all

What a smooth and quick experience. License done in an hour and Ibrahim was such a star getting it all done swiftly and enjoyably. I hope more government entities move into this level of customer experience and efficiency.

This is the best place ever. If you need to know answer on any question, you should come here and all your problems will be resolved. Here are working only professionals and they know their business perfect. I opened not one company here, all the time it was so easy, because all the time i had support from DED cafe team. Absolute outstanding and probably the best facility for licensing needs in Dubai. The moment you walk in you don’t feel you are entering a government facility but a very pleasant and lively cafe/ workspace. You are welcomed by the smell of fresh karak tea (the best in Dubai so far) and a gentlemen at the reception asks immediately if he can offer you any help. DED Cafe is located in a good area in Jumeirah 3, not much traffic. Good welcoming upon arrival. Efficient service and quick licensing.

Cons: The list of activities were reduced compared to last year, since new regulations were implemented. Check your license copy before leaving to ensure no typos.

Other than that, I can highly recommend it.

Highly recommend getting your work done here! Once you enter you're greated with warmth and kindness. They ask you what services you need and allocate tokens or provide you with follow-up questions to cater to your needs. The staff are friendly up-to-date and resourceful and can guide you through your process and next steps. They are quick and professional and also go out of the way to help the customer's. The government staff are well versed and fluent in English also. Lastly the ambience is great and the coffee shop is excellent.
We're glad we chose DED CAFE for the honest work and also getting our job done ASAP.
