Unfortunately I found myself enjoying a spider while eating from Delmonte mixed berries. It was totally not expected to find something like this espacially from your brand. I can understand that naturally berries can contain insects, but this means that the berries you provide aren’t sanitized well. And the worse part in all of this, is that the spider was alive.

Good luck opening their cheap plastic boxes…The food is great but until you get there it’s a different story.
I decided to write this review because this is the 3rd time I cut my fingers trying to open the box. It’s a shame to stop buying the fruit that I like because of the packaging…

The best fresh food production, when they say fresh that means Del Monte Foods Dubai.

I requested Indian pomegranate and they sent cheap one, this is cheating and against the online business. It happened twice.

I ORDERED BASIL AND I WAS GIVEN A WEIRD PLANT THAT I HAVE KNOW IDEA OF WHAT IT IS. SMELLS LIKE LIME/MINT.
Complaint to the costumer service and after sending the pictures they “confirmed” it was basil. Which makes me think. A company that produces VEGETABLES AND FRUITS, should know what basil is! For GOD SAKE! I’m so disgusted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Operator picks up the phone whenever she wants. Phone responds 1 in 10 calls. What a shame for such a well known company.
