Festive Combo & All-American breakfast. I enjoyed most the Festive Combo. Coffee was a little bit warm for this cold weather but overall a good place

1 Not that i know how the service or food is, but because i havent tried it since no one comes in. like a cold ghost town resto. maybe the cost is not at par with the market. or its just not inviting.

The experience was pleasant and the manager Karthick is friendly and helpful.
The staff made us feel special and the food was sooo delicious.

The staffs are amazingly active from the time we entered the restaurant until the time we're going to leave they keep the smile on their faces specially (Edward) he is so accommodating love the extra efforts of service that he is giving. We went to Denny’s Al Ghurair and Karthik assisted us. I would like to commend him for his service, very friendly and accommodating, whenever we go to Denny’s Al Ghurair we look for him because his service is commendable.

It's the usual food you are looking for. Taste good and amount of food is more than enough for 1 person. Prices are fair. Thumbs up!

Unprofessional and rude behaviour from the manager.

Wanted iced coffee and on the menu its clearly written unlimited refills but the manager rudely insists its only 1 free refil. Moreover the way he speaks is quite aggressive which led to a completely unpleasant experience. We were going to have a nice breakfast but it was ruined by the manager. We have been dining at Dennys for years all over the world and the treatment provided by this particular branch is distasteful. They should learn how to treat the customers with respect and especially those who are loyal customers.

We had a lovely meal, and the service was great. Mr. Karthick our server was very energetic and accomodating.

Their customer service was great, I won't like, but the bacon and eggs for bread was a little salty.

We want to try something different.and Denny's was just perfect it was spacious not to mention Richard he was from Philippines very helpful & patient, service was excellent and food was just cherry on the cake only one thing as a diner restaurant there price is high.

Great option on the menu. Burgers are huge. Needs abit of salt though. But really great vibe and definitely will be back

Nice burgers, a bit much BBQ sauce for my tastes but staff was good and the milkshake was really good.

Denny's was an average breakfast diner. We went there for breakfast and it was not too great. The portions were good but it could be improved. The pancakes were good and fluffy bu the waffles could have been sweeter. The bacon were average along with the sausages. The fried eggs were not good and the scrambled eggs were okay but bland. I would have liked to have a side if condiments for the breakfast foods such as chocolate syrup or honey.

Food was good and server was great as well especially Karthick he was really into providing us with a excellent time.

The Food is excellent especially the slow cooked beef, pasta and the pancake.the ambience is relaxing. Good place for family, friends and for lovers. My fiancee and I would definitely go back to Denny's Al ghurair. Thanks to the very accommodating staffs esp.to Miss Myaet.

Double cheese burger with added bacon was delicious, but side order of mac-n-cheese had to be sent back as it was only lukewarm. It came back adequately heated. I saw another mac-n-cheese arrive at an adjacent table later that was at the right temperature so it was good to see the kitchen learnt from the mistake.
Also first cup of bottomless coffee was on the cool side - but all following refills were hot (a fresh pot)
Apart from that it was a good meal and great staff.

Ruined our Valentines Day! We came at 10: 45 and since there is a queue we waited in line. Finally got a table at 11: 15. We chose our order while waiting to not waste time. 11: 40 i made my follow because I can’t believe it will take too much time to prepare the simple breakfast meal me and my wife ordered. They said they’re are a nit busy reason why its delayed. 12: 10 made another follow and at this point its clear to me that no one is even preparing our order at all. Instead of resolving the issue quickly - staff started pointing fingers who to blame. I’m not really a rude guy, so instead of complaining we just left!

Won’t recommend this to branch to anyone.

The “unlimited” pancake is not so “unlimited”. We ordered 2 and when we asked for the first refill, they almost refused to give us by saying “we will check”. We did not ask for it afterwards. Same goes with the bottomless iced tea drink.

They provide Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner 24 Hours
For example: if you go in Dinner time, and you asked them for breakfast, you will find it there

Dennys of course is a big international brand. There is a certain expectation from such big names for quality and quantity. Both are on point for this branch other than the mishap with my food. Found a hair in the skillet, reported it to the waiter. Got replacement right away.

Not giving 5 because of the above issue.

They have a huge variety of dishes you could try out from. You would have a hard time figuring what you want to try as all they dishes are equally mouthwatering.
I tried their Chicken lovers omelette and Crazy spicy sizzlin skillet which i highly recommend. Really loved their skillet. It had a perfect amount of spice to it. It consisted of grilled chicken along with some fire roasted bell pepper, onion, jalapeno, red skinned potatoes and Cheessssseeee. The omelette although was more on the blend side with fairly less spiciness. Alll in all its was a pretty filling meal and definitely worth a try.

Tried Denny's for the post birthday dinner of our aunt and it was another amazing restaurant in Dubai. Thanks to the staffs for their effort in singing a happy birthday song; for being so accommodating and kind. Foods served were excellently tasty! Highly recommended!

French toast is a must try.i've try pancakes before its nice but its a bit overwhelming but this ones is the best lovely.

This is probably the best American diner I have tried in a long time. The feel and the ambiance of the place makes u feel that u r in a western setting. Their food is good too and surprisingly very well priced. Their burgers r delicious and filling and their waffles and pancakes r equally good. This branch is open 24 hours. While ur at it, do try their spicy harbanara burger.

The food selections are plenty. Their food servings were enough for sharing. The staffs are very friendly and service oriented.

Really American way dinning place, I've had my breakfast here, still, they are rather late in servings.

The one in riggas is not classy at all! Just a bunch of filipinos vaping to glory.the other branches in Dubai serve the typical American food and loved it

Very very impressed. If your a fan of Denny's breakfast do not hesitate going here. Do not. Even the turkey sausages tasted better than the links in the US. We got the lumberjack. Pancakes were cooked to perfection. Only thing that I noted with the manager was to get the creamy white butter used in US rather than just a dollop of plain butter. All in highly recommended.
