Our server Hashina in Denny’s Festival Mall is the best, she attended to us nicely and she’s very welcoming.

We celebrate our birthday breakfast with our son and family at Denny’s. The service was great thanks to Hashini. Thank you for the nice birthday pancakes. So nice!

Breakfast @ Denny’s is always a perfect weekend starter! The food quality and portion is recommendable. Thanks and kudos to Jerome and Dubai Festival plaza team for hospitality and great service!

I would highly recommend Denny’s! The food was delicious and the portions were huge, so make sure you’re hungry! The staff here are so friendly and cheerful and really make the experience memorable. A big thank you to Sagar for delivering service with a smile and going above and beyond to make sure we were content:)

One of our favorites dinners in UAE. Good food and most of all friendly staff. Thanks team specially Jhun and Karthick. Highly recommended the Crazy Spicy Sizzling Skillet, Burgers and Shrimp skillet. Definitely we will be back again.

From great to mediocre to bad. The quality of both the service and food decayed so fast in the past couple of months. Food was bland in flavor, the brisket was dry, and the mac n' cheese tasted like mac n' oil.

After eating there so many times, It's really sad to see the quality be this bad all of a sudden. Hopefully higher management sees this review and take the necessary action. You don't charge an avg.of AED 70 per dish for food this bad.

I've been to their SZR outlets countless times and the quality of service and food is always exceptional. However, that's not the case at this outlet.

I tried this outlet on a Friday night, there is plenty of seating and looks bright however the food is utterly tasteless.

I ordered All American Patty Melt, it was so bland that you won't even taste salt, and the second dish I ordered is a new launch advertised as Mac & Brisket, it was the most random AED 89 dirhams that I've spent. The brisket was deep fried to the core, and it was a jaw breaker. It's like the cooks have never tasted Brisket before.

To sum it up, I wasted a good chunk of money for absolutely bland food.

Not recommended at all.

The manager is very nice, though.

I has a great time I came around 10 pm and Jerald really helped us choose our order and customize it to our liking with almost everything including the bill great service, excellent staff and the food was good

I’m Breakfast at anytime of the day kind of person and Denny’s is one of my favorite! I love the food and the staff here are very accommodating and polite, i had a christmas breakfast in this restaurant.

Had a very bad experience at this Denny's a couple years ago. First time back since then. Must say I was very pleased with the improvements. Last visit service was abysmal, however, this time it was excellent. We were sat immediately, order was take quickly and server was very pleasant. Coffee was refilled promptly and check taken as soon as requested. The food was very good. Will definately return now the service issues have been resolved.

The food is always delicious and fresh

Very slow service. Food and coffee is cold before reaching the table. Even the bill out procedure takes time. Food is ok but needs more staff or cooks for faster service.

Revisited the store on a non-busy day and the service was far more excellent.

Very sweet and helpful staff

Denny's at Festival Plaza Mall, we went there for Sunday breakfast, their breakfast meals are recommended, everything was perfect.
The staff was frindly and always there to assist you.

Do not go here if you’re hungry. Food comes after 40 mins and by batch. 2nd batch came 5 mins after we finished eating the first one therefore losing our appetite.i recommend eating at Deira branch. Will not eat here again

Bad experience. We've waited for almost 40 mins and our order is not even complete with the pancake. We already requested for the pancake so atleast before we finish our meal we had the pancake but unfortunately it didn't came early and we waited again. So sad for the poor service?

All what I ordered from their menu was tastey, but my favorites are pancakes (my kids favorite also) and zesty natchoes.

It was great, but the chicken bbq was a bit too salty. The cinnamon pancakes was delicious. Fresh bread, and some of drinks you can refill without any charges.

Seriously disappointed. It seems as if Dennys is only for completely healthy customers. Those with any health problem should not chose Dennys as an eating place option. It is a well known fact that the people with heart or blood pressure or related problems have to avoid egg yolks but the offers of dennys denies non-healthy customers to enjoy their special offers.

Service is rather slow and unfortunately they forgot half of our order. Whole service team seems rather unprofessional, a lot of screaming at each other running back and forth. Kitchen and service team do not seem to be very well coordinated, maybe lag of management. Food however is Denny‘s like, if you like it you like it, no matter if the original in the US or here in the UAE.

Average to below average food. Nothing like Denny's in the USA. The menu and atmosphere was the same but it seems like this one wasn't that great.

Decent experience. Just been a month the place has opened and it’s not so crowded as of now. Food comes served fast once ordered and is yummy. The service is quiet & quick & the staff is polite.

Ordered the chicken and waffles, chicken lovers omelet and the tres léches pancake. All great. Wish there was a bit more chicken and the mac and cheese was seasoned a bit better, but other than that, all good.

Nice place to visit, I had a really nice time here at dennys, I love American restaurants and dennys is among the best casual dining places. They have really nice pancakes (better than ihop) and food was great & served by friendly staff always willing to be helpful.

Today i had a very bad experience in Dennys usually i dont like to give a bad feedback unless its really bad.
1- the service was soooooo slow I was waiting for around 45 minutes.
2- I ordered chicken waffles and MacnChees so the MacnChees looked preheated and very dry so Iasked them to change it
3- once I started with the chicken it was raw and I couldn't even swallow the first bite so i spit it
4- they changed the plate and bring me another dish but it took around 20 min as well
5- after replacing me the dish they did not bring fork & knife it took the manager 8 min to bring it to me and he forgot then i asked the waiters to bring me one and also took them 3 min to bring it.
I went to other branches in Dubai but Dennys fastival plaza is nothing like other branches.

Great place for a bite with the family, service is slightly slow but that’s overall not a major issue.

Aila is such a warm person. Food is great as usual, kids friendly place. It’s ideal for family dinner.

Good value for money, yet food quality is average, omelets a bit dry and breakfast generally feels fast food style not really fresh.

I would leave ZERO star if I could, I visited the resto with my girlfriend yesterday Fri 17 Sep 2021 around 11: 00 am.
The restaurant was almost full, we were standing for 15mins and no one welcomed us despite having couple of empty tables.
Ordered (1 All-Amercian Slam + 1 Grand Slam Slugger + 1 Cappuccino & 1 bottle of water), it took exactly an hour to get the food delivered to our table after couple of follow ups.
I would say it's a sleepy & bad service in addition to the poor food quality (burnt hash brown on bottom, pancake wasn't fluffy & fresh, it looks like it was just heated in a microwave & the cappuccino was literally cold).
The funny things is when we asked what's going on the answer was (our head chef is on leave & lack of waiters).

We love the attitude of the Filipino manager and the whole staff. They seem to be truly happy to serve us. The genuine happiness from their faces is so evident. The food are of good quality as what is expected of Denny's. But most importantly the welcoming and happy attitude of the manager and the team made dining here a real pleasant experience!

My family are big fan of denny's breakfast. One of the best option for breakfast in the town. The staff is friendly and attentive. It is little busy over weekends, so earlier you go, the better they ll be.

Omelet was really good but they need to improve the hash browns, they were too greasy and undercooked.

Family n I big fans of Denny's before. We had enjoyed our visits to both the Shk Zayed location and the Al Ghurair one many times in the past. However, the quality of food at their Festival Plaza branch was a downer when I took two of my Chinese colleagues there tonight. Our chicken ceasar salad was sour and the buffalo wings were very dry. My Chinese colleagues ultimate breakfast didn't impress him much either. The quality of food at this branch was not at all on par with the other two branches which was a shame.

Options were great, but the food was bland and boring. Kids burger lacked any sort of sauce, the quesadillas were bland and wasn't put together well. The chicken we ordered was dry as well with very little dressing. All in all, definitely needs a spruce!

I visited the place with friends for breakfast. Their breakfast portions are pretty wholesome and yummy. Tres Leches Pancakes is awesome. Will surely go again to try out other dishes in their menu.

I've always been a big fan of American breakfast places. The mall is new and quiet, which is a pro for me since I don't like crowded places.
Dennys heteyis clean, the staff are friendly and attentive, the food quality is great, prices are high though.
Their coffee is not really great.

You'll never go wrong with Denny's Festival Plaza. Food selection is great plus the amazimg service led by Jun. Kind and very patient to undecided customers,
His menu suggestions never fails. And he makes sure our total dine-in experience every time we come ro Denny's will be spectacular. There are nearer branches i can go to, but will always prefer to go to Denny's Festival Plaza

The food here is excellent. Deserts & Pancakes are Delicious. My favorite from Denny’s is their Crazy Spicy Chicken Skillet. Wow!

Nice place to visit, we had a really nice family meal at Denny's restaurant in Festival Plaza. We had a friendly waitress who made our experience enjoyable. The food quality was great. One of the best Denny's meals I've had in Dubai. We had a mixture of burgers, chicken & waffles & chicken strips. All were well cooked and tasty.well spaced out for social distancing. Will definitely be back!

Super slow service, only 2 waiter and manager on a Friday morning. No control at the entrance, other people skipping queue to sit on dirty tables. Filthy.

Breakfasts are the beat and why miss any place serving a yum breaky Dennys is one the best American breakfast places and if you are not an eater of large portions the quantity is very well enough for two people I do find it better in taste than some other chains pancakes and frenchtoasts besides other options are amazing

After work we went to this restaurant, The mall is pretty new, and so are the restaurants. Denny's was good and the service fine. We had the sizzling plate with spice chicken. It was okay but there was no sizzle when we got the plate. Usually you hear that. Food was nice, and for dessert we had some apple with crumble and caramel and ice cream. Ah well.this was some microwaved heated up apple. Caramel was already in, and no crumble. That was disappointing.is is so easy to make it a nice dessert.

Its a fun place to go. I have to pass by between now and then for their amazing nachos with extra sour cream and a side of mac & cheese. The staff are nice and welcoming.the prices are acceptable.the ambiance is fun and new. The place is good for kids, quick meetups. Worth visiting

We had dinner here in Denny’s festival plaza for the first time and the food is really good. The servers And manager here are just wonderful and very nice. Must try! The nachos it’s really good ️
