It was my first time at sheik sayed and it was awesome.food are great.the quality and quantity are incredible.the staff is friendly specially the manager aby if i'm not mistaken.he's accomodating and always smiling.surely will come back soon!

We had an amazing time there and the delicious food was served with great smile and hospitality of our waiter, Mr. Noman who have recommended us the perfect choice and have been very considerate in our tastes and made us feel like home.

It was a wonderful experience. Breakfast has never been better with Sheikh Zayed Denny’s. The food was as expected and it didn’t disappoint. The service was great and Jc and Abby was very accommodating. Will make sure to eat in this place again.

The food there so nice and If you go there you can use smiles to get free meal buy buy one get one free will be big savings over all I love the experience there

Food not so great, the meat was seasoned well, and veeeeery fatty and oily.so its not great value for money.however, to be fair the staff was great

Convenient location. Though the building is here construction, the restaurant is operating normally, and the friendly staff always makes it a worthy visit.

A real diner just like Dennys in the U. S. A. Over crowded, no A/C and food is greasy. If you want to try that all American diner experience this is the place.

They don't have a plan, 15 minutes wait turned into 45 minutes and they keep stalling.
Ruined our Friday breakfast hour.

Went in for a late lunch yesterday July 19.2021. My first comment, waiters do not know what kind of food they are serving. I asked about the meat they are selling. I asked for the source of meat as I am expecting an American chain to get US beef, the waiter insisted it was US, then he hesitated and said let me ask the chef. It was Brazilian. At that point, I opted for the chicken quesadilla and my son ordered a chicken burger with beef bacon and fries. The order came within a reasonable time, the chicken sandwich did not look appetizing at all as the bacon was literally dangling from the burger and the starched seasoned fries were all stuck to each other which meant the chef dumped the frozen fries in the oil without attempting to shake. Then my quesadilla came and it was so poorly presented, the cubed chicken started falling out of the quesadilla the minute I held it, I asked the waiter if it comes with cheese, he said yes, I asked him to show me where is the cheese. He then said if I wanted to add more cheese.what an answer. I said no just take it back I will not eat here. The manager came few minutes later and said I will not charge you for the quesadilla and if I wanted anything else. Courteously I said no. I drank the imported Italian water paid the bill and left.
Why Dennys does not serve locally bottled water, it is good and nothing wrong with the local water. I will answer you.because they make 300-400% margin on imported bottled water while they can not make that much margin on locally bottled water. It just doesn't fit for a diner serving Italian water.bring local water.
The food was louzy, the atmosphere was louzy. It was money NOT spent wisely and I will not come back again for sure.

Denny's has great breakfast. Feels good to have a bit of America in Dubai. Staff very friendly and very attended to all requests.

I ordered the Tilapia fish fillet, it came have the size it showed in the menu.
The fries was undercooked for my order I I fit the waiter “Prakash” who didn’t see or feel it is undercooked until another cabayan stepped in and changed it when we were done with the meal

Loved the food here! Especially the peanut butter pancakes were so delicious. Also we had crazy spicy for the first time and our taste buds werent disappointed

Been twice to this location pre-COVID and it was not nice. Eggs were not cooked, steak was overcooked, not clean, and felt sick afterwards. This location may have changed since my last visit but I've given up and probably will not return.

Great American food and amazing employees who would serve you with a smile. The kids love the place and surely we will come back

Although the wait was quite long the ambience of the place was really fun! A little disappointed with the variety of food but everything we ordered was good. The milkshakes are a must try and so is the breakfast sizzler!

A great place for breakfast’s in general! Heavy portions though so good to share if you are someone with a relatively small appetite so as not to waste. If only they had better bottomless coffee options than the regular ones.

I am in love with the Breakfast at Denny's.the stack of pancakes and just dreamy. The breakfast included bacon eggs and hash and toast.i love the unlimited Americano coffee option.this is the breakfast option that i love on any given day.
I have also had their dinner selection of pasta and fries which is equally great

The atmosphere feels American and not too busy with decorations but at the same time feels comfy, the food quality is good and came in relatively short time. Well cooked but some of the ingredients were a bit colder than the others. The portion is relatively bigger than usual with plenty of well fried french fries.
Prices is above average but it is worth the price.
Staff are friendly and fast and they work in a quiet environment not very noisy as well as the kitchen which is close to you but not very loud with the sizzling and cutlery sounds. (Music isn't too loud also, but the choice of the songs could be more American to add to the American experience)
I didn't try the outdoors or upstairs due to the social distancing and trying to keep people safe.
Overall the experience is good and it is worth a visit.

Was my first time today, Friday morning, i wasn’t convinced with the cleanliness of the place until we got our food about 40min after ordering, hair found in the dish, tea cup not clean, coffee is warm! We had a replacement dish, hair found there again, my wife lost her appetite and asked for the bill, the manager was nice enough to offer the food for free I have to mention.

Dining at Denny's today was a pure delight. It is a great place to have casual gatherings, especially if you like all-day breakfast as much as I do! Their breakfast menu is as delicious as it is impressive and at affordable prices. They also have great lunch options ranging from pastas to burgers to salads etc.
The service was impeccable with very friendly staff, especially Noman, who made our day.
I will definitely be going back!

We ate during Valentine's day and the beef patties were cold, dry and tasteless. We didn't finish the burger. We ordered double cheeseburger and bourbon bacon burger. Both burgers was disappointing. I was excited to dine at denny's due to high reviews but that particular branch in Sheikh Zayed is not a good recommendation to anyone. The fries, onion rings, strawberry shake and zesty nachos were great, freshly cooked. There were only a few people who ate at those time probably they gave us a day old burger. The burger was cold and the lettuce were not fresh anymore, lumpy. You don't want that in your burger. Was really disappointed, definitely not going back to that branch ever.

The food is delicious, but the service is very bad, food was late, drinks were late, the place wasn't properly cleaned or hygienic even, toilets are very dirty and doesn't apply for a restaurant even!

If you're in a mood for junky fatty food, it'll work for you. Gets busy during late morning hours on weekends and you might need to wait for a table, however, they accommodate and accept entertainers if you decid to opt for a take out instead of waiting

The staff is totally misleading with their deals, spills my brussel sprouts on the table and took so much of time to prepare our food. The food wasn't that great too. This is the first time I have left no tip because I was totally unhappy with the service. Never ever coming back to any of their branches.

We love Denny's. Couldn't count how many times we've visited, specifically this branch. Today we've had the worst experience. One staff upon hearing the word 'Entertainer', immediately jumped into conclusions telling us we could only use three vouchers for our group of 9 as if we didn't know the rules. Then this staff named Ryan, who turned out to be a supervisor started serving our food, in a really rude and sarcastic way, yelling food orders like he was having such a bad day. We will never go back to this place.

I had the Ultimate Omlette today's at Danny's. The order served to me was full of oil and that too it was burnt oil. Service was not the best too.

Coffee needs improvement. Food is good. Unfortunately, Zomato privilege was denied today, as per their management due to eid holiday. However, as per Zomato, its not yet eve of Eid so they shouldnt be denying our privilege.

Visited Denny's Al Safa yesterday after several friends told me about it. Unfortunately, I regretted visiting and will most probably never visit again.

Pros: the food was decent. Not great but decent. Ordered a double cheeseburger and although it was big to hold and eat, still managed. The patty lacked taste however. It needed a very very small dash of spice to give it a taste.
Prices are great.

Cons:
1. The top floor was closed and when I asked why they said that it's due to the lack of staff.
2. There was one table available downstairs (indoors). When we asked them if we could sit and then move to another table with couches they said that there is a waiting list. However, 2 families left and there was no waiting list.
3. The customer service overall was absolutely horrible.
- Took a while for them to come take our order.
- 2 cases where I had to get up myself and go give them the bill or ask for something. Horrendous service. Unacceptable.
- Plus, it seems like they are not even in the mood to serve you or are somehow forced to.
4. Went to the toilet to simply wash my hands and it was not clean and smelt disgusting.
5. The shop itself is beginning to age and will need to be ronnovated soon.although it hadn't been that long since they opened.
6. The prices are great as mentioned earlier because the burger is huge, but seeing a part of the plate empty is not fitting to the culture here (you need to understand the market you are operating and selling in). How much extra does it cost to fill one side of the plate with fries? Charge me for it, but at least give the customer a hospitable meal.
7. If there isn't a cloth to clean with afterwards, then there needs to be tissues on the table. One or the other. More so if the toilet isn't that clean.

Overall: I would never recommend this restaurant due to the bad service (which could be caused by the upper management to be honest - I don't know, they have to figure it out). The food is decent and they have huge potential if they improve their customer service. + they should also open up in a better location to attract customers (like the deira branch).

Fantastic Burgers, even veg burger is good. They have excellent breakfast options and I can't wait to try them. Must visit

Staff was friendly and the food was served fast and hot. It's not expensive and is open 24/7 very nice.
