For numerous years, I've been under the care of Dr. Zain Gulzin, and I must express that he is truly exceptional. The Northwest team is incredibly friendly and supportive. Grateful to all.

The best medical experience in dubai, currently a patient of Dr. Zia for my diabeties and i feel great, and recently did my phisiotheraphy with Dra. Hiba for my back pain, she gave a very good theraphy, she explained everything to me very well and how to treat it, my backpain from 8 became like 2 to 3 out 10, it was a wonderful experience and very informative. Highly recommended.

Staff is excellent and very helpful. I have to spend 2 hours for fasting blood tests but it was all relaxing and comfortable, thanks to whole team.

I have been dealing with the amazing DR ZIA Unfortunately had bad experiences twice with one particular nurse who is the most rudest person and makes your u feel like she is doing you a favor very unhappy unfortunately it’s because of her behavior I will not come again to the clinic and will look out for a new doctor.

Dr Alhomosany is a magician, very well respected person and very skillful, i had bad experiences here in Dubai where other dentists for doing small things they made me make a root canal, he treated my tooth and the second day i dont even feel anything.

Dr Mohammed Homossany was amazing and considering I'm petrified of needles, I never felt a thing with his skilled hands

We have been visiting Dr Zain Gulzar since 6 year. He is the best. My father sugar levels are at the best from 10 to 7.

One of the best dental clinics and Dr. Hommosany is the must go to for no nonsense dental advise and treatment. Did root canals and a bunch of things and would never have thought to try another clinic. Friendly and professional and if like me, dentists are not your best friends, he will certainly change your mind. I haven’t tried the other medical services but Northwest is highly recommend in Dubai. No glitz or glamour, just a very comforting and highly experienced team and environment that cares and gets it done right.

Dr Sadia the OB Gyno at Northwest is truly a human. She was very caring. I highly recommend her And Jesse the nurse, is just a superstar. She’s so caring and professional. This center is amazing and that is why I’ve been coming to it for a long time now.

I am patient of Dr Zia since last 2 years at north west clinic. Under his supervision my uncontrolled diabetes was controlled. Moreover, all associated complaints were well taken care. He will listen to you patiently everytime before prescribing.

Also, the clinic has very Helpful staff, especially the medical technicians and nurses.
Quick turnaround time for tests and follow ups always conducted on time, feel well taken care of.

Did 5 physiotherapy sessions there with Dr Hiba who's very experienced, really good exercises that i got which solved my back pain. All staff were helpful as well.

I never thought this great level of service from Northwest Clinic. You people have extremely professional staff. I was taken care by Dr. Hiba, and really great full for the treatment i had. Her knowledge and professionalism is highy appreciable.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hiba for Physiotherapy, she is very knowledgeable and competent, always keeps her patient at comfort.had a great experience with her for my lower back pain treatment.

Avoid this clinic for chiropractic session. Dr. Shairl Ali is the worst. I payed 600 dirhams for a bag of ice. And when I insisted to get treated he just literally took 2 minutes to do it. He has no clue about what is chiropractic and should not be called a doctor.

The Doctors will do just the right job no exaggeration above or below the actual case.

Don't really advice anyone to visit this clinic!

First of all I called the clinic to confirm if my insurance accepted as direct billing their, and one girl her name is.she confirmed yes then I proceed with the appointment, I was shocked after I arrived their they have asked me to pay 600DH for consultation and it will be reimbursement,

After consultation finish I got an empty paper with stamp, the staff ask me to fill it and process the reimbursement procedure, as a patient always I'm getting the form filled professionally by clinic staff, however the information I need to be filled it's my basic personal information, appointment details time, date, type of medication, Dr name, and things like that, but the staff were absolutely lazy or careless to do this,

Also the DCC x-ray the way staff guide me to the location, and DCC staff calling me from the other side where did I reach, that's absolutely like we just need your money, also my first appointment one day first was at 10,45 I waited till 10,15 30 minutes of waiting because of fault in organisation, and this I noticed during my 2 times visit to the clinic, allow me to say the clinic is like fruit market in terms of organisations, also treatment it takes only 2-3 minute, I don't think my health situation being seriously taken or consedir in your clinic, I just feel I'm their to pay the money and whatever the result let it be.

This is my opinion and opservation about the clinic, I don't need or expect anything in return many thanks for this expirenc.

My name is Arman, I’m 17 years old, last year when I was watching my basketball training videos, I noticed that my right foot is tilt right, that cause me having a big pressure when I was running. So my father took me to this clinic and we met Dr. Sharik Ali. He checked my situation and we found out that my spine was crooked, my neck is crooking forward and my waist is bend back, also my two legs are not the same length. So I took a 2-month course to treat this, now it has been almost 1 month, I can obviously feel the my posture is better, and after checking we found out that my legs are finally the same length. Hope I can get more better by doing the exercises. I appreciate Dr. Sharik Ali, he is so nice and very kind. The best clinic!

They are so lost and unorganized, starting from the reception to nurses and the whole system. Every time I visit them, I leave unsatisfied! I even did blood test, not pretty sure if it belongs to me or got messed up with someone else!

If anyone in your family or friends is having diabetes or thyroid hormone problem, I would recommend to visit Dr. Zia Ul Hasan and see the difference.

My family has been in the health care sector for the last 50 years working in top tier places such as John Hopkins, Yale Medical hospital, and Armed Forces hospitals around the Arab world. I can tell you that this place definitely lives up to those standards in medical care. You will have a bespoke treatment for whatever it is you need and the medical personal take the extra mile to listen and give you the best treatment possible. If your looking for that cozy or homey experience its definitely there. Always great with timing very professional and efficient with that which is not the case in most places in Dubai. I went for dental emergency and the told Dr is not available and will come after 2 hours, what kind of dental emergency service is this?

With no doubt one of the worse clinics ever, they give you appointment at 10 Dr.comes at 10.30 and you need to wait forever, for more than a week i asked twice personally and 3 times over phone for my report, still they did not send it, I gave side effect to medicine and fainted twice.when I called clinic it was not possible to talk to the Dr.you ask for his mobile they do not give, you ask Dr.or his nurse call you back they never do, what kind of clinic is so irresponsible for such a serious case to their customer, i fainted outside and i could have die and all they tell me is sorry we will see if we can reach to the Dr.or else today afternoon come to clinic. You cannot be so irresponsible if you are dealing with people health.so very disappointed. My Dr.has to be available in case of such an emergency.
