Terrible experience when it comes to IT support for REST app.they dont want to give out a phone number, emails are not responded unless repeatedly followed up, and they reply to it without reading the email
The customer service and especially IT support is simply non-existing. The only thing they say is „I am so sorry please send email to IT support“. IT Support did not solve even one of my issues in the past 4 years. They respond to something else which was not related to the question and close the ticket. So that you need to open a new ticket and repeat same story. Since many years it’s always the same with them.
I called municipality for pollution in my apartment I'm damac hills 2 and they asked me to call DLD and DLD has not been picking calls. My lungs are seriously hurting because of shisha and cigarette smell that am inhaling in my apartment and am not a smoker. Second hand smoking is very dangerous to one's health. Damac hills 2 management is doing nothing to solve the problem. People can just sleep in their apartment in Dubai and die without help from the government department that are in charge of such.
This is the worse department to get help in all of Dubai Service Offices. These people are literally there just to collect salary and nothing more. You ask for help setting up installment payment they do not do it correctly. No one can read accounts. No one knows how to remove travel bans or help create proper installments. Just to create an account one guy told me to go to Dubai Airport? There is no reason to go to Dubai airport for creating an account for Dubai Land Department. Half the rental cases are false and they don't care putting arrest warrants on regular residents as if they are criminals because of some scamming landlord filing false cases! These whole process is a mess and highly unprofessional and beyond rude when dealing with customers. Terminate the entire office and hire people who wants to help!
The worst customer services, they never help you against the developer only aim is to get their 4% to register the property.very bad service, they only care about sale of property nothing else only ejari service is fast.also if you have dispute with landlord they take forever to bet yur case.

My parents wanted to do their 10 years uae visa. They applied the visa throught purchasing of the land and during the process did ask people in land department that is the cost of visa similar to that of applying through a profession and to that everyone said yes And they paid 9700aed After paying we saw that everyone has paid around 5000 aed Why the wrong information to take money from the residents of dubai If the right information was passed we would have done it through other means. We live in dubai thinking the everything is right and not money making But this scenario has really disappointed us.

I must say that the staff treated me with a bad attitude, and they seemed unwilling to listen to my concerns. On top of that, they only spoke to customers with shouting, which left me feeling extremely bad. I must mention that the female staff was especially rude, I met not only 1 but more than 2 female staffs with different days (they are very rude and I never experienced such) and the males far better
In comparison, I would like to highlight the excellent service that I have received from other government services, like economy sector, dewa etc Their staffs were outstanding,
I know this review cannot be change any, but I believe this is the only way I can tell to everyone

Rental price free fall do not have a price index BUT rental price increase DO have a price index! Excuse me? This has to be corrected to protect investors / landlords from tenants taking advantage on this glitch!
RERA calculator says no increase due, but Court awards the maximum 20% increase anyway! Tenants should be aware what actually happens in a Rental Dispute case.
The Cube NEVER answers the phone. If you get a reply to an email, the answer is useless. They promise the golden visa applicants it takes 7 to 10 working days. People come from abroad for the application and have to rebook flights because of their delay. It takes minimum 3 weeks and only if you go to all other authorities yourself and beg for fingerprints and the ID. There is no information for the applicants about fingerprints, they don't receive the necessary papers and once they get them from ICP directly (if they are lucky), they get a date for fingerprints which is weeks in the future. Worst customer service ever. How can this process for golden visa be so long, complicated and with zero customer service?
Cube center Only the stuff name MR Nishad he is best and who really care and answer reply’s to email on time big thanks to him! Others just work by force and doesn’t care much and delay work! Also they have few counters that most of time it’s crowded hopefully they increase stuff amount! Any time of day they are busy! So many people are waiting around 2 hours or more for their turn! Hope they will do something!
Worst service! This department must be investigated by the police for requesting bribes. If you want your visa fast, pay AED 5000 to the Arab speaking officers, and they will speed up your immigration file. And if you don't pay, your file will be late without any justification. They never apologize for delays. Lazy, corrupt and immoral people.
Dubai government has been amazing in all offices, everywhere! But when it comes to rental disputes center the least skilled people are working there. They do not answet anything. Anything you ask they dont even know what to answer. Literally useless. I am sure if HH sheijh mohammad walks in there. They are all gone for good. I have gone there 3 times. And none of the times they andwered me. Its frustrating to not to go to work drive 30mins for this in 45 degrees.
What a joke this place is, suppose to be helping the people instead are so rude and don't care. Want to charge 105dhs to create username and password, it's disgusting and they only interested in the money. Only want to help their own people and not the residents but yet we are the ones that pay for theire kushy lifestyle
The worse experience with Cube center. Careless & rude attitude of the reception man, very slow and poor service. Nobody reply on emails, nobody picks up the phone. Just received an CRM email with remarks, that " customer was guided". Sorry guided where? No one give a proper answer. Shame of them how they work & hove they treat their customers! Once finally visa will be ready, wish to not deal with them ever again.
Very limited information! I keep asking questions and no one is bothering to answer! I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed! I am not happy with their service at all! The worst customer service ever, they don't solve any problem, their application is not working properly except for payments, their IT support team doesn't know how to solve any technical issue on the application.

Dubai rest app is very bad and not functioning, they sent OTP to totally different number which I don’t one I from where they got. Since one week I am trying to update my number in spite of going here and there and just paying without any positive progress

Dubai Rest app does NOT work! We have been trying for a week! We call the Center and they say oh yes it’s not working there is technical issues! So what do we do in this case? No help at all. If your App is NOT working don’t put it for the public. How can we ask for evaluation of our property? Fix it or remove it. Shame on you
One of the worst service places in dubai, lots of misleading information from call center and employees, no one i met there and they are alot understand anything, neither guide you on anything, they just say go online, or you will be picked up with the lawyers outside trying to do business on your case, 8: 30 am and no one is staying at his office, very bad customer service, and truely dont care about anything, unfortunatly this is not the kind of service that should reprsents dubai land.
A project status is pending cancelation for more than 2 years with no action by the department of land and property in Dubai shows how much they care the about the investor. I emailed them with all the documents they requested when i posted a negative comment on their instagram account and they never even responded to my email. This was around a year ago. Staff keep asking me for my contact information to contact me and they never called or emailed me. To those thinking about investing your money in Dubai real estate, make sure you know all the facts before you proceed. You might end up losing part of your money even if the project is canceled. I’d give them less than a star if i could.
Dubai Land Department or DLD is a big entity in Emirates of Dubai, it’s has different sections within a single entity to organise the properties or land in Dubai. DLD change it’s rules time to time to provide better relationships with the investors and stake holders, it’s very very organised and well reputable government sector.
Very difficult to contact and no one response proper information they will say go to next room there again tell you go to other room after they will tell send the mail it’s wast of time and to pay the waste of DLD

I invested in Dubai sports city since 2014 till now not yet ready and asking me to pay rest of installments. Asked dld what shall I do they said take a lawyer.
Its basically a scam department that let big developers collect your money and they promise that they will protect you but never did. Say goodbye to your money once u get into any real estate opportunity regardless how big the developer is, we have seen Jawad Azizi, Damac and other projects been suspended and all investors money never been returned. They are living on interest rate of our money. Before you think about it, search twitter for victims’ hashtags and see the pain before you proceed.
The staff here are the best in Dubai to assist residents with Sharia land transitions. The advice given was correct and all paperwork was processed efficiently and professionally. Thank you DLD. Other locations such as Takhees around the corner from here and Al Manara took 1000s of dhs from us and didnt process our paperwork.
Grand offices and every time I've been here, I talk to power players who can actually get things done with a quick phone call. It always makes me feel good that there are adults working here who keep an eye on the law and order of the land. To go for a fifth star, it would be nice to have a little more parking and also, a help desk or central guide system to point the public in the right direction.
Sudden action for your complaint. I raised the complaint against one of leading real estate broker for cheating.within a day they refunded my cash back due to RERA involvement. Thanks Mr. Musthafa for your support
حددو حساب ضمان بنكي لمشروع وكان موثق من موقعهم وبعد ماحولنا الدفعات الاولى الغو المشروع بدون ذكر اسباب والمشكله قبل لاتشتري من المطورين يأكدون لك ان المبالغ مسترده في حال الغاء المشروع وبعد مايتلغي يقولون ياتتحول للمحكمه ياتروح تكلم الشركة طيب والحساب الي ضمنتوه والمشروع اللي تأكد في الموقع ووضعتو له نسبة انجاز! عشان كذا لاتغامرون وتشترون من مشروع تحت الأنشاء مأكد من الدائرة خصوصا" المستثمرين خارج الامارات لأنك بتتعب تسترجع حقوقك واحتمال ماترجع لذلك اتمنى الرقابة من اي جهة رقابية على عمل ومصداقية دائرة الاراضي والاملاك.

I request all of you not to invest your hard earned money with AZIZI DEVELOPERS. Well trained sales staff knows how to steal your money. So please please be aware. Trying to get back the hard earned money which I invested in Azizi since they have not even started the project. Seeking help from RERA but no hope.

Wenn etwas schief läuft kümmert sich keiner mehr darum. Diese ganze Blink Blink Welt wird in Zukunft nicht mehr viel nützen, wenn Investoren merken dass ihr Geld nicht sicher angelegt ist. Risiko. Schön Poperties war schon 2009 aufgefallen wegen Betrug keiner hat etwas unternommen bis heute noch nichts. Aber ich hoffe dass die Opfer die ihr Geld investiert haben nicht aufgeben und weiter kämpfen um ihr Geld und recht. Das ist Dubai hinter den Kulissen. Ich hoffe dass der President oder chef Von Dubai wie er sich nennt das mal liest. Riesen sauerei für über 1000 Investoren wo hart für ihr Geld gearbeitet haben. Eine Sammelklage über ein Anwalt wäre vielleicht ein Schritt um DLd wachzurütteln.o
I have also had this experience, I invested in 2005 over a woman Unger in Dubai Lagoon. My apartment has been paid to 95% since 2006 and not finished until today. All efforts and research have brought nothing. This is one of the worst advertising for Dubai Investing in Dubai has become a risk. If something goes wrong nobody cares anymore. This whole Blink Blink world will not be of much use in the future if investors realize that their money is not invested safely. Risk. Beautiful Poperties was already in 2009 But no one has done anything until now. But I hope that the victims who have invested their money will not give up and keep fighting for their money and right. This is Dubai behind the scenes. I hope that the president or chief of Dubai as he calls himself that reads. Giant mess for over 1000 investors where hard for their money have worked. A class action lawsuit would be maybe a step to shake up DLd.
Myself & my wife invested in a unit in 2006 at Dubai Lagoon, with developer Schön Properties in Dubai Investment Park. Over 1000's of inland & overseas investors of 40 different nationalities were looted and cheated by the beneficial owners of Schön Properties and fled Dubai in 2017 by abandoning the project and a very small portion is taken over by another developer, by name Xanadu following the same footsteps of Schon with similar business tactics. Between 2005-2017 Schön were monitored by RERA & DLD but were utterly failed to impose their regulatory enforcement and due diligence over Schön Properties wrong doings. RERA seized Schon's Assets in August 2018 at a time when the account with investor's money was robbed and moved to their private offshore bank accounts. As of today, all victims are asking for a refund and bring Schon Family involved in the fraud to full justice by seizing their global assets to compensate our loss. NOTHING DONE SO FAR BY RERA, DLD in favour of investors, rather they are keeping utter silence towards us. We lost complete faith in this organisation, and the mistrust and sentiments of our fellow investors including us on RERA, DLD will remain in a big question mark. A total disaster. I would have expected DLD to at least tell us what is going on to safe guard investors rights who fell victim to Schon family at Dubai Lagoon where Schon stole hard earned savings of 2000 investors from 40 different countries and escaped out of Dubai unhurt. We investors are victims to this very painful fraud, with an unknown fate of what will happen to our hard earned money.
