There is a reason why this place is almost always fully booked, they are hygienic, professional and thorough. The treatment was explained in detail and my wonderful nurse Beverly was so kind to check in with me every few minutes. This is definitely the best hydrafacial in town, you will want to go back :)

I had really nice experience here when I came for hydra facial, jenny is super knowledgeable on the procedure and talked me through step by step! I felt very comfortable and relaxed and my skin feels and looks amazing afterwards, I will definitely be back for monthly facials

Found a good deal for their hydra facial on cobone, used it couple of times in last 3 months.very satisfied with the service and the nurse is amazing. Personalized skin consultation, explained the process, does and don’ts. Highly recommend them.

I just came back from my best ever Hydra-facial session, everything was perfect, the staff are welcoming, the atmosphere is so warm and peaceful.
The place is so clean and the Nurse who performed my session was extremely professional, she kept talking me through the steps, made sure I knew exactly what I will feel before applying anything on my face, which was very reassuring. 5 stars indeed and for a mom of two closing my eyes for one hour, listening to soft music and just get pampered, is absolutely worth the drive.

For friendliness. This is such an understated quality in businesses and centers that provide services. Personally if the quality of the place is amazing but they lack good human interaction I’ll leave. So that’s an amazing point in this center. Everyone is friendly. Great environment
For dealing with concerns politely. I had an issue with my final result. And instead of acting out and feeling offended. They called in the manager and the manager was the sweetest and she explained everything sweetly and amazingly. And she even offered a solution to be done for free.
For technician. She explained everything so thoroughly through out the entire procedure and she was so patient and amazing and answered every question I had and dealt with every concern of mine. Seriously other centers should learn from these centers hiring techniques. She was really an amazing person.

For understanding. I was a little late due to traffic and instead of being unprofessional about it. They just moved my appointment a little and I came in like I was never late.
Prices are very reasonable and they even give you more than an hour of work they won’t let u out before everything is done and everything takes it’s time.
To be honest I’ll give the final result of my premium hydra facial 4 stars because i didn’t get what I expected. And maybe my expectation was high because I don’t really have a good background about facial so maybe I thought it’ll do things that it doesn’t actually do. I’ll need to try more places to make sure of what a facial is really capable of doing in general.
But overall it was a good experience and I get why this place is from the highest ratings in Dubai.

I went in for a HydraFacial, but wasn't really impressed with the results. Not enough cleaning and extraction was made, and did not feel a difference in my skin.

Found this little gem on Instagram and decided to try one of their service, dermapen may sound scary because of the needles but as nurse barbara said its like a needle massage that gives your skin that glow its been missing, it was worth the hype when i saw my pores become tighter and my acne marks decrease, looking forward in trying your other services.thank you!
