Dermalase Clinic - Al Wasl

I think the clinic recently changed management. It’s a horrible experience to book for an appointment. Twice in a row they booked me the wrong slot! The change in timing is not attainable for people who work a full time job! Im not sure if this because I already have a laser package and they just want to take the money without providing a service! Writing this as I am currently being ignored on what’s app.

Farah, was amazing! Laser session went well, she was well paced. I've done my laser previously at a different clinic, that rushed through the appointment (i would be a 30 minute slot) - but the experience with Farah was so different. I made a last minute request for an AFT facial, and despite her calendar being blocked, farah accommodated my request between her other appointment - she went above and beyond. Great results from the AFT facial treatment as well. Such good service, and a very very nice personality - made the experience exceptional. Loved her.

Got burnt during a laser session because the person doing it was not trained to do laser (she's a medical doctor). They offered me to come in so they could take a look at the affected area however I went to a real dermatologist instead, it's been months and my burns haven't healed. I do not personally recommend this place.

Since last few months ive been going to Dermalase Al wasl branch. The staff is very helpful. Loved Dr Fiona. Shes the best dermat in Dubai I feel. They have wide strange of aesthetic and wellness services.

The new branch, They are wonderful and so accommodating! I love this clinic! All the Estheticians working here are very professional and qualified. They studied my skin step by step and did the clearlift treatment. Virtually painless laser skin resurfacing, without the long, post-treatment down time associated with other skin resurfacing treatments. I recommend this place to whoever has skin problems and wants a glowing and cleaned face. 5 stars!
