I'm so happy with Desco Burjuman Staff. They are so accommodating even if in busy schedule they are trying there best to give satisfaction to the Customer. Keep it up!

Please don't visit this place. Worst service. Staff and Manager are rude. Don't care on customer requirements. Demand money for their mistakes.

The service was slow even though there are 2 people in the counter and assisting one customer only that time. Took like 15 mins to be assisted.

Then a filipina came and assist us right away.
She is nice and friendly.

The cons only is that there are no prices indicated for products and services. Would have been better if there is.

The slowest service I have ever experienced. I asked for a quotation and they took more than 30 min to get back. It was simply calculation of paper per page size. Been moved from one staff to the anotherone after one realised she was not able to do it.

I was there to print documents for travel, I was very well attended, agile and fast service with quality, I recommend it to everyone.suggestion: as I'm a tourist and my cell phone doesn't work in Dubai, I would facilitate a Q-code to have faster access to desco's Wi-Fi to speed up service even more.
