DESCO Copy & Print Center - Uptown Mirdif

I had a very smooth and great experience in printing some urgent documents. Mr Sujith was very helpful.

The Filipino manager was very rude and unhelpful! This place has much better staff who will help you with minor adjustment in creation of your documents but the manager wants to charge for everything and has a very a****le attitude towards customers.

I went to this place for a print-out and Im really happy with their service. All the staffs are so polite and they’re very friendly. Keep it up! ;)

Awful customer service. We contacted the company on Instagram to ensure they could print on the paper we needed (waterslide decal paper). We were told they would be happy to do so. After spending 50AED on a taxi to get there we were told they would not print on customers paper despite what they had said before. When we tried to explain that the paper could not leave residue on the machine as it is not that kind of paper the man talked over us despite him clearly not knowing what the paper actually was. Awful customer service both on Instagram (for telling us they could do print on it) and on store (for being rude despite clearly not knowing anything about the paper).

I would recommend going to any other print store.

Sujit was very helpful! I hope the DESCO team can recognize his efforts in ensuring customers are accommodated for. He was patient and printed my business cards out to my specifications.

However, his colleague Bella was very unhelpful and went as far as further tasking him while he is helping clients instead of taking initiative.

The customer service was great and helpful. Highly recommend DESCO for the fast printing:)

Customer service is non existent with the male workers. I was told if i don’t like what they printed to not pay and leave after them repeating different mistakes every time. Final product was still flawed. The lady working is the only person who is helpful and responsible there.

Not helpful ever, very expensive and print on wrong type of paper and refused to return my money or fixing their wrong
