The Dubai Studio City branch is good, accessible and open till 1 am.do all sorts of prints and quite affordable.

On an urgent basis for business these two gentlemen have be specatuliar in assisting. There names are Prajith and Nikhil. Highly recommend as super helpful

One of the most rudest employee i have ever seen in my life.walked in saying " Good evening" and front office employee been looking to computer screen without response BUT he picked phone to make a call however i said after he finished "Can you please check email I've sent" He replies without looking at me and waving with hand ️ one minute. Such employee makes me for sure i willl never come back again because he forgot what his job there and no-one discipline him. It's waist of time. Get your Own Print somewhere else instead of losing your mood and got treated with offensive way.

Excellent service, especially passport picture within couple of minutes I got my picture done, amazing always.

Went there to take passport pic the guy said there camera was not working come back in the morning, went back in the morning thinking it’s fixed again the camera not working. For gods sake get your act together or just tell your customers to looks elsewhere

This is the best printing center, i have been dealing with them since 3 years and every time i am amazed more and more, they are very fast, professional, reasonable prices, high quality service.

I always use Desco services but the employee working at Desco in Studio City has very bad attitude! I dont recommend going there!

Your staff in this location specifically to the one who is answering the phone should undergo a proper customer service training and phone etiquette!

Visited this place to scan some certificates, 7 exactly.it was 30 minutes before this place closes. He scanned them and sent them to my email. When i checked the scan it was so faint and the stamps on the certificates was not even obvious. I told him i need him to scan it again with less brightness so the stamps would show. He answers back saying
” Madam we will close in 15 minutes “ i asked him how is this relevant to my request? It won’t take u 10 minutes to scan it again!
And of course starts speaking in his own language to the other employee which i found rude and unprofessional. And after insisting, he scanned them again properly!

Visited this place for the second time and still, same horrible customer service, wanted to print a book from a dropbox link that i sent to their email.

He simply says we cannot! He didn’t even put any effort to try. I said any print center would do so, then he talked to the other employee in their own language which is totally still unprofessional! While am standing waiting, then the third employee said it’s okay she will do it. For real? ! Is it that hard. It was very disappointing that i just left without printing anything.
I don’t exactly understand what service do u provide as a copy and print Center?

Printed the book in 15 minutes in another place and they gave me even a cheaper price

Friendly and helpful staff. Professional and efficient. Prices are pretty good too. Aed50 for a 70cm x 50cm print on semi-glossy paper. They'll help you with a little bit of editing too! Highly recommended them.

Customer service is very good.

The best and most inexpensive printing, scanning and photo services. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you want fast, professional and cheap service this is the place. You can send them your printing documents at descodsc@descoonline.com if you want to skip queuing. Also if you need photo for visa or making the memory album they can do whatever you imagine.
Staff is extremely polite and knowledgeable.

This branch is on par with any other branch of Desco in that they can't handle more than a single customer at a time.

The staff if completely foreign to the idea of a queue and simply asks everyone what job they need done and then swaps around between them; in other words: everyone's waiting and nothing gets done

Moreover, there's no concept of priority. You could have been waiting for 10 minutes but the guy who just walked in and started talking will be served before you. So much for being patient and polite.

I've made it a point to never visit this branch again. If you value your time, I would advise you to get your printing done elsewhere.

They do printing, and usually aren't too busy to get it done right away. I go here sort of regularly, even though I get in a mood about climbing the stairs every time. (There's no elevator.) I know. That's not their fault. But it is part of the deal.

What really twists me off most recently is that they used to offer a sizeable company discount to various persons working for large, local companies. As I recall, it might have been a 50% discount 3 years ago for printing. To be fair, I used to go to the branch in DSO. Nonetheless, when I inquired today about a discount, I was told 5%. Yeah. 5. Percent. As in, the amount of VAT surcharge that is added back on. Do I need to comment further? Actually, it is almost cute and humorous.

Whatever, I'll still go get printing done here because it is more environmentally friendly (I tell myself) than purchasing a home office printer. And, they ARE open late.

I have printed Business cards. They have printed Quick and good Quality
The staffs have good Knowledge and Experience in Printing

Slow service. If you want 3-4 pages printed they go back and for from one laptop to another. They use a flash drive and copy your work. It is simply ridiculous!
I sent 4 documents for them to print, 1-3 pages each. They ended up printing only 3. When I got home I realized that they couldn’t even make sure to print the work. Frustrating experience

Ordered stickers for an event. Picked them up and the ink was rubbing off when touched. I was told they are printed at another location so wherever they were printed forgot to laminate the stickers and now I don’t have stickers for this event. I did receive the stickers the day after the event and the customer service was very helpful but wouldn't discount or credit me for the printing mistake. The quality of the stickers are ok but would've been more helpful to have examples of different types of stickers so first time buyers like myself know what they're getting.

I was super satisfied with the service. They are very helpful. I will keep coming back for more print job and will definitely recommend desco studio city to my friends. Thank you for helping me with my invitation card.

Just pass by this morning to print business cards and it was printed very quick with a good quality. Superb! Cheers to Good Team work.

Very unsatisfied about the service and unprofessional staff.

Collected a bunch of images on Saterday that was urgent. As I was about to pay for the images, I had a quick look at my prints. All images were off color that one can clearly see with the naked eye. All the photos had a pinkish color cast. Staff didnt really know how to correct the color cast.

I ended up spending 1 and half hours at the store just correcting the work for the staff who at no point really wanted to do effort or assist.

I ended up just taking the prints as i couldn't wait any longer and now have prints i can’t use that cost me 500 dhs.
