Very bad customer service
You enter the place, no-one care about you, and they act like they are super busy
While I was the only customer in the shop
When you call the employee he look at you side eye look and carelessly reply to you
Then he act busy again, and when you speak to him, he act like as he is going to print for you free of charge
He act like he is important person and customers are nothing
Very bad

Prices - costly
Material- cheapest quality
Staff - unprofessional
Service - poor
And they’re charging “Round Off”? For what? The branch in business village doesn’t deserve even a single star on the reveiws. They wont acknowledge coz they dont want to improve. This branch is not recommended.

Price like a 5 star place & service 3 star.actually senior staff are totally unprofessional.attitude is not good.

Highly recommend this place for printing services! Professionals that provide good quality and services to its customers! Not just blindly do their job as their competitors, but advising and recommending clients on different options! Thank you guys

I recently printed some documents and he printed it in a wrong size and bondpaper. He did not ask me first of what size will it be and I assume he know the size. Tried to tell him that to edit it to the way I emailed it to him, he said no he can not edit it. And I tried to show him the exact format to just put it in a separate page, he did it with hesitation, he reprint it and I paid for the first wrong prints he printed. Worst printer guy ever and very poor customer service.

One of the bad experience i had it today at the branch of Business Village.they provided me the A1 copies with blurry quality. The only benefit i got some discount from the whole amount. But i was not happy to get discount because i was expecting good quality of print!
