Thanks to Prashant, who made my experience better

I went here after 10pm as it is one of the few 24-hour open printing houses if not the only one in Dubai (strange, isn't?)

I and other customers complained about the lack of organisation and the staff telling us this is how it is and there is nothing to do

Also, I was happy to see the qr codes for WhatsApp, for email, and for wifi only to discover that the WIFI does not work

Again, thanks to Prashant, who made the experience better, by his cleverness while understanding the request that was not a straight printing task by his ability to manage the chaos while serving more than customer in a parallelized way by his professional communication while smiling and showing a high level of empathy.

Having tried other Desco locations, I think the company should invest in training their staff in many aspects, namely in efficiency and customer care.

Came here to get some stickers printed. I got immediate assistance and then while the person who was assisting me had some difficulties and a gentleman named Mahipal came to the rescue and fixed it in less than 2 minutes. In and out of the place in 15 minutes and well priced.

Highly recommend Desco Business Bay office for printing and especially Mr Ganesh.

Mr Ganesh is super professional with more than 20 years experience in industry.

Printing companies are already struggling because not many people use them anymore but Desco is very special since they still live in 2010 because they have old computers and no USB C connectors. Tragically funny.

I have been to multiple Desco stores across Dubai and this branch seems to be the best out of all of them. They are fast, efficient, well staffed with knowledge of their job and always willing to go the extra mile for the customer's needs. I would highly recommend this branch to all.

I am regular customer and the team at the Sh Zayed Desco is always so helpful, patient and even improves/ tries different options on my designs on the spot. Special thank you to Prashant - excellent customer service and team player.

They are providing a good variety of services and customer experience is also reasonably good. The prices are a little bit high though.

Unhelpful staff so poor not recommended at all for big files printing or project only come if you a have couple pages to print

It's my first time to visit sheikh zayed road branch, The service is so fast i printed flyers and Business card.the quality is so good, i did not make mistake in choosing Desco sheikh zayed road, they are so approchable and helpful. Best place to do your printing of any kind. This is my favourite location as it is 24/7 and there is RTA parking right in front if the shop entrance. Prices are reasonable.
