DESCO PRINTING - ALMAS TOWER, JLT

Very long and very bad service the staff barely understand English wish make it very difficult to communicate with them

It is not recommended to go to Desco for taking visa photos as they are exorbitantly priced. They charge AED 48/- for taking one photo and emailing it without providing any printouts. Furthermore, the quality of the picture is subpar. Despite inquiring about the cost for taking photographs, no one provided an answer. Only after the photo was taken and emailed, the person mentioned the price of AED 48/-. A better alternative is Photo express.

If I could I would give 0 stars. The gentleman was rude, not helpful and did not feel like working at all. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he should not be facing clients with that attitude.
I went to the JLT brand straight away and they were completely the opposite.

I visited desco JLt branch, im happy for the service and the staff mr. Vinoth. Friendly and helpful, I can just send then a emails with details and I come in the store and it will be ready.

You’ll see it on your right-hand side after ascending the escalator from the ground floor. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Price was 1 AED for a single A4 black and white page.

Wheneve i go there and pay them there is always no change even for 50Aed. I request to Manager pls always keep the change there and dnt bother customers.
