Their umrah package cost was attractive, but the service was unorganised, we had to wait at the airport for an hour, and then we reached the hotel where again room allotment was a pain. For bachelor such delay or unorganised is fine and bearable to some extent but family people suffered alot.

The only good part was that in madina, a person was kind enough to arrange the room on time and in the makkah tour guide how perform umrah with us very nice and decent guy, who guided us how to perform umrah and recite many duwas during tawaf.

Please note that with this package, only you will get accommodation and transportation. Food and zayirat, you have to arrange your own.

Personally, it was very cost-effective to travel by air with them, but management was totally unorganised and unaware of their client. If they work professionally and organise the whole trip in such a way that we as a client know what our destination, room no, and schedules for the next day in shot, it will be good, so that we are not lost what is next.

According to my experience it is the best travel agency for umrah packages. My ramadan umrah package booked by this agency last week and it was perfect.every thing was according to plan and i am totally satisfied with the service. Recommended

Please this is a humble request do not take umrah package with this agent.this is very un professional, no-co-operative, there was no leader /guider and totally lean on drivers.

you have to wait for room to 4 hrs at hotel lobby after traveling 36 hrs to Makkah.
They agent were booked limited rooms in Madina and you have to accommodate 1 person extra without bed space laying on earth.while they family personal have to wait upto 6 hrs.

The agent were not replying on any message of their own whats up group.

The bus driver dropped us in makkah hotel like luggage and bus run away for another trip.there was no visit to any zyarat in makkah and in madina.we did all zyarah (holy places) by own cost.

I don't want to discourage any body but a little care to chose agent for their umrah package.

For on satisfaction I did confirmed for some other umrah traveler agent,
they are providing guider and bus for zyarah of different holy places in Makkah and madina.

Please please please Don’t go there Umrah Package and Don’t take any service from them. Very very irresponsible and poor service, suffered a lot.
