Desert Frames & Glass AL Barsha

This was the first time I contracted the services of Desert Frames and Glass with regard to framing my younger brother’s puzzles to display at home. I was honestly surprised to see how classy and refined the frames look on the puzzles. I’ll definitely visit Desert Frames again whenever I have some framing work to be done on puzzles or other art pieces.

Compliments to Jan-jan and Jim, who assisted me in picking out the frames for each completed puzzle. Their expertise and care in handling the completed puzzle pieces made me confident that the framing work would look elegant and refined, and I’m very much satisfied with the framed pieces.

Amazing service and quality for their frames, Nasi was very helpful and got me more than 79 frames done in a short time and in best quality for me to display in my home.

If you have nice paintings or autographed posters or props … this is the perfect place

Really poor communication called thrice to confirm a simple A4 size printout and frame. Reach the shop and everyone seems confused and suggests I spoke to the wrong branch while Infact the number was of the same branch.

Just received my order and very happy with the paintings now in three brand new frames. Milad welcomed me in the showroom and he was very helpful. The turnaround time was quick, all delivered and installed on time and the installation service was very professional. Very wide collection and excellent service.

Was not able to test the service as it closed exactly 7 minutes before 9pm. We drove for 35 mins to reach the store and when we parked infront of it the clerk directly came outside and closed the doors. One star because of the Inconsistent timing.
